Maybe take a Melatonin and make sure you're in a dark and quiet environment. However, ambient background noise such as rain can actually help depending on the person. If you can't fall asleep, maybe occupy yourself with a task until you become tired. Maybe editing together a stupid Smash Bros compilation on no sleep and no mood regulating medication while drunk. (that's just how I do it)
