Nice to see you birding in the FWR Dickson Wilderness area, different and beautiful birds, thanks for sharing
Thanks, we had a fun morning there and always happy to see some new birds for the year!
The audio of the Carolina Wren singing was stunning! Great shots and great video like always
Thanks Hawkin. It's a loud song for such a small bird! Just glad to see some spring birds arriving at last.
Wren will you see me again, in a flicker of an eye cherro mate😊👍🦅
Haha 😁
Love the tufted titmouse, very cute. Well done
Thanks Marcus. We are heading west in a few weeks and hopefully we will get some closer looks 😊
Feb 25!
Some really great shots there and birdsong. I think my favourite again, it the nuthatch 😊
Thanks Kate, I thought you might like that silky nuthatch lol 😊
Cute title! Never seen a Carolina Wren but I love the song! 🎶

Thank you!
That was wonderful. I aways like to hear the Carolina wren.
Thanks bud 😊
I liked the boardwalk at Dickson. It seems like a good place to return for spring migration.
Yeah, potentially. I'm sure there's better times of year to be there. We were mostly keen to see the Tufted Titmouse. We have quite a few spring plans at the moment and we can't wait for migration to really kick off.
Love the energy Stu! I need to see you jumping up for joy more in the future 😉 Great video, and amazing footage of birds!
Jumping up and down doesn't come easily to my repressed British background, but I'll bear it in mind 😂
Literally every bird barring the Red Wing BB, are in my back yard daily in Pennsylvania. Good luck on your journeys.
Thanks Elisha, sounds like a great backyard 😊
Hey. Wonderful bird observations. You both did a a great job. At least you found three more species to the year list. I am now at 155 species and spring is coming. Hope to get 250 this year but it gets harder and harder. Greets Stefan
Yeah it sure does get harder! Here we have a mad rush of colourful warblers coming through in May, so that will keep us busy and give us a boost. Good luck with your own challenge, too.
Great video, you got the Tufted Titmouse! I got my first of year Great Spotted Woodpecker this morning, 93 for me
Nice Chris, you're at a similar number to us... and Great Spotted Woodpecker is a great looking bird.
When you make it to Pelee, make the trip to Ojibway Park in Windsor to get up close with the Tufted Titmouse there. There are lots of them in the park.
Thanks Mark. Ojibway Park is one of favourite spots. We will likely be there at some point over Easter 😊
New subscriber here , love all birds ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the subscribe, all bird lovers welcome! 🐦😊
I can’t even say the word titmouse without giggling like a schoolgirl 😊
What about Great Tit? 😇
Good job guys second videos out this week 🙂 do you keep track of kms on your car ? How many do you reckon a in year driving to all the locations.
Ooft, not sure Rick! But when we are going further afield, it does make me worry about how much more KM I'm adding to the poor car.
She will be at 200,000km soon, and is just under 10 years old. So that isn't bad, really.
@@BritHikesOntario no not bad at all just keep changing the oil 😊
What kind of camera harness do you wear? I've been looking at getting a Cotton Carrier brand harness.
That is what I am using. Believe it is called the G3.
