nope, he stated that he switchted instantly to the new 2013 AND whats rly interesting and rare is that he is using a nearly unchanged version, its similiar to the raquet you buy at the store
Fourty Love You're wrong. It's widely known that he's still using the first generation APD. Just look at pictures of his current racquet. You can clearly see that the Cortex is painted on.
@@FourtyLoveTennis Rafa is still using the 05 frame with a different paint job. Its an off the rack model but has weight added to it in the handle and the hoop. its 0 points head light and 343grams strung which is pretty light by tour standards. A friend of mine actually acquired one of his used sticks from 2019 and upon closer inspection, hes 100 percent still using the 05 APD.
The AeroProDrive GT from 2010 is by far the best racquet. It has a nice healthy, and solid swing weight. The APD from 2013 to 2015 swing to light. They don't feel as solid and stable as the APD from 2010.
I love how Nadal is the only top player not to have smashed a racket. I hope he ends his career without smashing a single racket.
Serena is the G.O.A.T He has, not sure if was in his professional career
He literally has never
I think the last game of his career win or lose he should just smash one racket in a fun way
erm you see that's what you get when you respect the rackets and not brake them to reflect upon great memories.
he actually only plays with 2005 Aero Pro Drive. they are painted to look like different models.
i wish we could just buy the 2005 like he uses
The 2005 APD is the racquet he is still using, aka without the Cortex. Just with an updated paint job.
