Jesus, he can literally count the number of times he's been beaten on clay. What a fucking legend. We'll never see this kind of a dominance on any surface. Vamos, Rafa!
Ridiculous!!!
Don X Roger Federer is
Don X 18-14
Nadal win rate against Federer on clay (slow and bouncy, Nadal's best surface and Federer's worst): 86%
Federer win rate against Nadal on indoor hard court (fast and slick. Federer's best surface and Nadal's worst): 83%
The imbalance comes into play when you consider that they met 15 times on clay and only 6 times on indoor hard court. That's why the head 2 head is meaningless. Nadal is such a bad player on fast courts that he never made it to the finals in these tournaments and actually got to play against Federer. Meanwhile Federer is excellent even on his worst surface and repeatedly reaches finals in clay tournaments to play against Nadal. I think it's funny that Federer being good enough to reach finals on clay while Nadal not being good enough to do the same on indoor hard court is somehow supposed to be bad for Federer.
Think about it like this. If Nadal was even worse on indoor hard court, and never actualy got to play Federer on his best surface, his win rate would be 22 - 7. He would literally get a better win rate against Federer by being a worse overall player, that's how irrelevant head to head stats are in tennis.
This is a significant statistic, Federer is easily the #2 clay court player of history.
He's blocked Soderling out of his mind :-) :-) :-)
HAHA IM DEADDDD
Genius Rafa!
"I lost in 2009 against Roger and *mumbles* 'Salling'" lol!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I think he purposely acted like he didnt remember Soderling to mess with him if he was watching . Not a big fan of each other .
So competitive. He's putting so much effort to get every answer right. Amazing.
g shrinivas like his game
Intensity
Not competitive, sincerity. Whatever he does, he tries to do it right.
He's had a long career. He's had to guess at this, as he doesn't normally carry those figures in his memory.
Nadal’s face throughout the video😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

@@METATRONS_CUBE he basically has only these two faces 😆
That’s his off-court personality. I love it!
Rafa is too adorable when he answers these questions.
haha i know
Love how he can count out his defeats on clay between 2005-2013 on one hand & is just like "that year I didn't lose & that year I didn't lose, oh & that year I lost once". Hearing him count it out like that really hits home how dominant he is on clay truly remarkable. King of Clay, Vamos Rafa!
Alex Grant vamos means?
Jack Sparrow literally it's a conjugation of 'to go', but it is used in Spanish to mean 'come on' or 'let's go'
Lucian Crosby and muchachos?
M.K.D. boys
Yup. And it's so funny as well when he goes '2010, oh I didn't lose' and he just goes on like that's nothing...
He can count on his fingers how many times he's lost on clay. What an effing legend.
And still!!
Love how he addresses them as "Roger", "Novak" and "Oh, Soderling"
He said Puerta. Surname..just on first name basis with the others 😀
Must be nice to just go "oh in one year I didn't lose at all. And I can count all my career losses on clay in one hand"
Da, cand esti ajutat .... E dragut🤮🤮
Got a warning for time violation here also :D
"2012 I lost? 2012?" He's so confused lol 😍😂
So he had 2 years with NO LOSSES on clay....preposterous.
80+ matches winning streak, that's fricking insane
Absolutely insane!
Three actually, because even though he starts counting AFTER RG in 2005, he said: 2005 I didn’t lose, 2006 I didn’t lose, 2010 I didn’t lose.
Most down to earth player I have ever seen!, Go Rafa!
Agree so humble
Federer too! No wonder they're close friends!
@@picotera7328 Federer down to earth? Huh?
2:54 Going all adorable in 3, 2, 1...
Cant get more adorable & cuter than this !!!!! 🤓 😋
I love his smile!!! I was smiling throughout the video

Love how he pulls his hat down when he gets embarrassed! 2:30 :)
Rafa remembers almost everything! Such a good memory he has
Most humble sportsman I have ever witnessed. Respect
Humble😳😲😯serios???
Rafa is so humble and adorable. Hope he'll make a great comeback at Wimbledon next year.
Man he is such a nice guy!!
Hahaha, holy shit. He couldn't remember Soderling, LOL! That's hilarious!
You can tell that the guy doesn't really want to lose whether on court or not.
He's SO CUTE when he puts his thinking cap on.
he's so adorable.
Rafa !! My favorite ATP player of all time.
Love him too
He had the most points compared to murray federer and djokovich - smart, adorable smile all the time, humble and a beast on the court - world's best player besides federer, without any doubt.
Franci Helena He only score 9 actually... Didnt getnit how he get 11 lols...
2 bonus points
ABSOLUTELY HE'S SO ADORABLE
Rafa saying he doesn't have confidence in his serve when he under-guessed his ace count gave me a good laugh. If it was not for the Rafa and Federer combo I don't if I would still be playing tennis or not.
In the soderling one Rafa was savage as yoongi
Rafa always takes his time... no rush. love ya
She seems so relaxed in this small interview with Rafa in comparison to interviews with other players, I think it just because he has such an outgoing and wonderful personality! Rafa One love💖
Awww he's so preciousssss :) love it when he smacks his cap down against his face!
I can't stop smiling when I watch him.
4:21 size of left and right hand
wide-angle lens at work
Lol, he erased Söderling out of his memories
haha nadal's face when he remembered robin soderling..'oh yeah that annoying fool'
I do not remember what I had for dinner yesterday... and he remembers everything... amazing👏
He’s completely adorable.❤️
Absolutely love these types of interviews
OMG this smile !
- The 2010 final! Rafa!
- I can't remember.

- Whooo????
- Robin Soderling! Can't you remember?
:D
Opisthocoelicaudia00 who'd like to remember a BADASS?
i like his behavior! really a nice guy!
This video made me smile! I wish Rafa the best of luck with the US tournaments up ahead. I know he will do fantastic! It will be nice for him to recover any tweaks with his health in the meantime. ¡Vamos Rafa!
and here we go. 2022 and 14 titles in RG. Simply miraculous.
He intentionally forgot soderling.
God bless you Rafa! I love you guy!
Not gonna lie....I sat here the whole time watching this giggling like a little girl because he is so gosh darn adorable!!
"I didn't lose that year" bruh
Haha
Humble
You're great Rafa... Bless you
Lol! He counts who all he defeated in RG Final..we all know what others can count..
Yes, we do know what others count: In Novak's case, it's his winning record against Rafa and Roger, plus his rising number of Grand Slams....
@@Turrican60 your comment is irrelevant...
Rafa & I are both cheesing throughout this whole interview . 😁
He is a fighter even in the quizzzz
He really is a sweetheart. I was devastated to see his match on Monday. I was really hoping to see him take the title again this year.
I love him😭 he’s adorable
Fantastic interview. Thanks.
Such a great champion...such an adorable person...inspires affection...respect... and awe at once...hate to watch him age...
How do they remember all these dates and stats dating back a decade? I can barely remember what I ate yesterday.
Gonna miss him so much damn
One of the best players of all time and he still gets nervous in fornt of the camera :))
Love it that Rafa had trouble remembering beating Soderling for the title!
Rafa is very good at being savage in that innocent way of his!! LOL.
love him so much
it's impressive how well he can recall happenings from his mind just by concentrating without knowing the answer right away. And of course he takes it as a challenge ^^ so competitive
He’s so much fun to watch cause he’s so competitive. Tennis or not.
My favorite Tennis 🎾 player
Love him too
Vamos rafa
These weren't questions about his Wimbledon knowledge. They were questioning his general knowledge about his career
From 2005 to 2013.....lost only 10 matches in clay court!!!! Insane !!!!!!!
Very nice guy
LOL...he’s taking this pop quiz very seriously. so funny!!!
Did you see Dustin Brown walk behind 3:33
can't miss mr dreddy dredlock
+Nakul ojdeffdvbvv/ksd&$ssd
Andrej Kalenic YOU PREDICTED THE FUTURE :O
WOAH!?
Andrej Kalenic Dustin is the GOAT
I cant believe how modest he is!!..he REALLY needs to win Rodgers cup!!
Wow! Great memory
I love this mannnn !! Such a sweet soul
Rafa lost as many matches on clay that I have won on clay in 30 years
I couldn't agree more, it's much better.
Haha, I love the contempt in his voice when he says Soderling
my favorite moment is him recounting his losses on clay. it was that hard. king of clay!
Taking 30s even in quiz :D
Nachiket Bhagwat 😁😁😁
I love him! My idol!
Counting his clay court losses has to be the best moment
Beautiful beautiful man in every way ...mmmmm Rafa
he trying so hard to erase soderling from his memory 😁
...but it's clearly not working. It can't be erased from the history books, either.
Soderling who?
I love Rafa so much x
1:04 He didn't forget, he just doesn't want to talk about Soderling hahaha
The CUTEST smile in the whole world omg
he is amazing!!
Rafa scored 11, Roger scored 10.5. So Rafa > Roger xD
Cinque haha absolutely
I don't how that happened. Federer answered almost everything and was fast. He seemed to not answer a few
seen what hes done in Majorca? its huge!
what a great person
He touched her shoulder and she looked and she died😂
I love Rafa so much! x
Rafa ! The Man 🔥
Waaw.....He has a pretty good memory!
A dam' focused man !
Rafa it was against Verdasco in Madrid in 2012 and Zeballos in Chile this year!
Roger gets within three of hardcourt matches won (three figure number) and Rafa is off by two on clay matches lost (10)
Lol he's blushing like hell... A great champion ..
He almost forgot the man who beat him, soderling.
tan bello nadal
He's lost 10 matches on clay since 2005-2013 (when this was recorded)? Mind blown.
