omg im only a minute into the video and im loving this already! seeing how u pick up on characters style pieces like tomoyos headbands brings me BACKKK!!! when i watched ccs i was 11 and i was transitioning to high school (hs in the uk is 11-16 years old) and i remember i had a HUGEE headband collection from claires. so seeing you point that out made me realise ccs fashion influenced me greatly as a kid-young teen!!!!!!
@@LisaFevral yeah hs here is weird to explain when i realise elsewhere it tends to be 15?? 16-18 years is when you study a higher level of education/work that goes in the direction of ur career if that makes sense…. and like those qualifications would qualify if u wanna study at an university

So what I'm getting is Yukito is grandpacore and Uniqlo basics (I love Uniqlo). And I get your confusion with lolita style. I kinda of get the more identifiable cuts and style, because it seems they are mostly from popular lolita designers. But then there are a lot of lolita styles, like the ones that overlap with cottagecore or are more Victorian or Edwardian-inspired that look more historical in terms of cut. That's where it gets blurry for me.
Great video. CCS is my favorite series from my childhood but I'm that type of fan that really hates clear card sequel. Probably not popular opinion of majority of fans, personal preference I guess.

It's just my opinion, I kind of sense that sequel's motivation is just the money.. Sadly..maybe I had too high expectations haha
The first year was really tough culturally speaking, especially since I had to learn English really quickly, and financially being an immigrant is difficult too, but I think I integrated pretty well haha
