Incredible gun, but you could force errors out of him with pressure, and his vision of the field wasn't as clinical. Not today. He's surgical now. We're getting by with the Russ+Tyler+Clowney magic, but yes, having the Legion back would be dope, especially with the new QB kids tearing it up in the league. And Ski. We got the wierdest, oldest, and most awesome kicker from Oakland. He carried us through in a clutch so goddamn often last season. Miss that freak of nature.

We had a young incredible qb, one of the best running backs that year, tons of underrated players that were still good, but best of all an aggressive defense with attitude that became the greatest defense in a long time...I’m glad this was my childhood team

Seattle was such a ridiculously stacked team for that stretch from 2012 to 2015. I think people forget because of the result of Super Bowl 49, but they had arguably the two best safeties in the league on the same team, the best cornerback, and the best middle linebacker, and plenty of depth backing them up. It will be a while before we see this replicated again.
Despite playing a defense that kept it in front of them, you could tell at times in this game for instance that every pass completed was an affront to them. And that killer mentality is hard to replicate let alone obtain.
"They don't just throw that thing up" The one I think of that was just the most proof of what type of corner Sherman was is the interception in the Green Bay championship. That's a type that not just any corner could make, that's one with film time and anticipation at a All Pro level.
In era I'll always remember fondly. Today's nfl doesn't have this type of hype I swear, the new age qbs are fun but LOB was something truly special and prime Cam was an absolute freakshow to play against.

Not to mention Jermaine Kearse, Luke Willson, Marshawn Lynch, Bruce Irving, Robert Turbin and of course Russell Wilson...Go Hawks !
Crazy how quick these teams fell apart shortly thereafter. Panthers went to the SB the next season and have one winning season since 2016, and the Seahawks, while they've consistently made the playoffs, have never got back to this level of play. This is a testament to Russell Wilson because some of the recent Seahawks teams have been pretty pedestrian.
They did alright at the first.. but they ran out of steam in the end. It was a hallmark of this Seattle team to never let off the gas until the time expired.

Cliff Avril, Micheal Bennet, Bruce Irvin would be in your face every play and even if you did get it off over Wagner and Wright, it would go right into Earl or Sherman’s hands, or straight to a receiver about to be bodied by Kam Chancellor. We really had like 4 or 5 all time greats on that defense all at once, plus incredible depth. Insane.

The final score doesn’t reflect how hard fought this game was for both teams. It's crazy to think that the Panthers finished the 2014 season 7-8-1 still managed to win the NFC South and got a wildcard victory against the cardinals to make it to this game still lost but they go 15-1 in route to there own Superbowl appearance the following season

I can see four, possibly five members of this team being in Canton when all is said and done. Russell Wilson definitely. Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas, and Bobby Wagner I think should all eventually make it. I'm not as sure on Lynch or Chancellor simply because Chancellor had a pretty short career, which unfortunately is typical for guys who play as physical as he does, and Lynch wasn't all that good in Buffalo for a couple years before he had just a few great ones in Seattle. Might not have been really good for long enough for the stats geeks to really see him. I'd love to see both of them make it though. What a freaking stacked team that was.
