One thing I like about this sugar wax video is that she actually have hair on her legs. The other videos they were hairless so I couldn't tell if it actually worked

It works I did it last week and I guess it's more effective and less painful than the epilator
XCamzXL_0 it depends on the person, for me first time i tried it it didn't hurt alot just a little and then i got used to it so i don't feel pain at all

This actually is really great for removing hair and dead skin and also it helps lightening dark spots and preventing ingrown hair.. you just needed to pour it in a plastic container that's like a bowl or something, also you need to play more with it until it becomes softer so that it sticks to the hair. The result differs from person to another.. and if you keep doing it the hair will stop growing back.. as for myself i could go 3 months without waxing my arms but 1 month for my legs.. another thing is applying olive oil afterwards helps in smoothing your skin and preventing the hair from growing back so fast.. but please be sure you aren't allergic to olive oil.. sorry for the rant lol

Keep a bowl of cold water next to you and if the sugar wax feels too sticky dip your fingers in the water and continue to wax 👌🏼

can I use brown sugar
Guys, it truly works, I did it on my hairy legs and they are now smooth. (btw I didn't use baby powder).The resipe I used was 1 cup sugar, 1/4 of a lemon , 1/4 of water. (that's the prefestional video I watched) . It does hurt but you will not regret it. The only reason why for some people it doesn't work is because they don't cook it for long enough or they over cook it (btw you need to cook it for 5 -7 minutes)And please let it cool down for at least 20 minutes. And if it isn't setting put it in the fridge. You need to wax a few times before the hairs are very thin. Don't worry they won't grow anylonger or thicker. It is best to leave the wax over night. hope this comment helps !
***** I used an old teshirt and cut it into pieces. But you can also buy wax strips if you want. 😊

you can use a coffee filter as the strips, I've heard you can also you wax paper for like cooking but I haven't tried.

+QT munchkin Actually once it's cooled down it would have come off quite easy! And if you make a bunch of the sugar wax you can knead it until the color is right, wrap it in wax paper and refrigerate it for up to a month I believe! Although it's better fresher!:D

The original way the sugar wax is use is make sure it's like warm, and your supposed to apply it and while your still applying it you rip it off, not in one go but a couple times so it's not like an "apply and rip"

I'm Confused How Do You Do It, Spread The Sugar Wag Against Hair Growth Then Pull It On The Direction Of Hair Growth? Or The Opposite?
Put the wax on the direction that the hair is growing and pull it off on the opposite direction.
Kay Live is it the same as the strip wax?
Rae Hoon you apply it against the growth and pull in the direction of growth. which would most likely be you apply upwards and pull downwards, unless your leg hair is wild lol.
No sugar waxing is done the opposite of regular waxing. She did it correctly in the video. Apply the opposite direction of hair growth and pull in the direction of it. That way is actually better for preventing in grown hairs as well.

I have a tip for you...try pulling the wax off from the bottom to the top (against the direction of growth of hair) that is how I have always done it. It hurts like heck, but it takes all of the hair off. Happy waxing!

She discussed the recipe before cooking. It's the same recipe for both. The solid one just cooled longer than the liquid.

@jazzybum hunnii you have done the recipe right which is a gd and hard thing to do but the tip to make a better sugar waxing and sticks more is that while you are playing with it to make its color lighter you need to keep dipping ur fingers in a cup of water so it wont harden and it will be loose but dont add too much coz then it will be hard for u to control it , just add enough that will make it stick and pull all the hair and also try to work it out fast coz it hardens fast !! And yhh Apply it with the hair growth direction and pull against the hair growth !! And another professional tip is try to work with small pieces so when you apply it to the skin u can make it a thiin layer and the thiner the better it removes the hair all over ur body but if ur waxing ur under arm and the bikini it needs to be a thick layer and a bit harder sugar paste !!
