I have been looking for a routine I can share with my senior mother who is still VERY healthy , but suffers from daily stiffness and discomfort, I kept suggesting routines that were too advanced, or not effective at all! but NOW I finally feel like I have found an instructor and a channel that is perfect for what she needs :) THANKS AGAIN
So After showing my mom this routine she is absolutely HOOKED! we start our day with this video and it has been not only good for our health, but also something positive, and productive that we can enjoy doing together. LUUUVE This Stretching Video !! Music is fun too !Pushing the 70 mark pretty soon, and thought I would never get into this condition. But well, here I am, So stiff I feel like I have to be careful to turn over in bed, get up from bed, whenever I get in, or out of the car Etc., whenever I turn or move, and this is the first video that I have found that is on the fun, lighthearted side, and with encouraging words, as well as stretches I can do even though will be starting out slow, I'll get there, and determined to do so. Thankyou Soo much for thinking about those of us in our Golden Years, when our Golden Years don't feel so Golden. Lol. ❤️
Joy, love that name. And loving your determination. I have done a lot of studying on the aging process and everything I read says we can gain from exercising well into our nineties! And any kind of movement will benefit us, so do what feels good but be consistent. Within a month you will notice a difference. Keep me posted because I want you to feel good and stay healthy!

The great thing j m b is that these moves are fantastic for all ages. Be open to doing thenm, regardless of where you are on the age scale. Doing gentle moves will help you decrease pain killers.
Having been doing this video along with other Cindy exercise videos for 6 mos now. Have not had to renew my Y membership as the diverse routines available meet my needs and makes me feel good. Also like the Tai Chi/Qigong routines. I am 77yrs young and so glad I found Fitness with Cindy.

Did this workout for the first time this morning and I already feel more relaxed. One reason I chose this video was that it incorporates several of the exercises I was given by physiotherapists when I injured my shoulders years ago. My shoulders have started giving me trouble again, since Covid. And I ended up being gaped at by a puzzled cat.
Sometimes you wonder why we have to face such challenges. I say that because when I woke up this morning, my shoulders were screaming at me. But you are correct, with the right moves, they were better mid morning. Good for you taking charge and getting on top of it. Too much about the cat!
Hi Cindy, My daughter forwarded this to me months ago. I'm not committed to do it every day but it certainly does make my hip and back feel much better. I also like it because it is short and that alone gives me more motivation to do it.
Well I really needed these stretches today Cindy, I went for a few days break visiting childhood haunts and walked far too much with the weather verry HOT and really wore myself out, It was great fun though. I'm trying to get back on track as still very tired. I thought I really must get some stretches done as they will help a great deal and I think they have 🙂

Did this workout for the first time this morning and I already feel more relaxed. One reason I chose this video was that it incorporates several of the exercises I was given by physiotherapists when I injured my shoulders years ago. My shoulders have started giving me trouble again, since Covid.
And I ended up being gaped at by a puzzled cat.
Sometimes you wonder why we have to face such challenges. I say that because when I woke up this morning, my shoulders were screaming at me. But you are correct, with the right moves, they were better mid morning. Good for you taking charge and getting on top of it. Too much about the cat!
Hi Cindy, My daughter forwarded this to me months ago. I'm not committed to do it every day but it certainly does make my hip and back feel much better. I also like it because it is short and that alone gives me more motivation to do it.
Well I really needed these stretches today Cindy, I went for a few days break visiting childhood haunts and walked far too much with the weather verry HOT and really wore myself out, It was great fun though. I'm trying to get back on track as still very tired. I thought I really must get some stretches done as they will help a great deal and I think they have 🙂
