Hello Cindy. I’ve just finished my 4th workout with you and I can already see that I am walking taller and straighter and getting up from chairs is no longer a problem or feeling stiff after sitting for a while. I’m 72 and am determined that I’m not going to sit in a chair waiting to die. Many thanks Cindy 🤗

After sitting around since March with the pandemic - at 74 & 75 we decided to all of a sudden join you.
Finally found a senior work out that works for me!
Yes! I started with Cindy's stretch one, then this one, then started adding 5 min arms/5 min booty (alternating booty and arms). Now I mix up the strength vid's a bit, but keep coming back to this one. Cindy's still my home base.
I really appreciate you describing what muscles are being worked; helps me concentrate on good form

As a long time nurse I really learned the truth to the saying "use it or lose it". Cindy makes it so easy. Many others work at a faster pace. This is paced just right for me. There is a nice simple warm up and and likewise a simple post stretch which I notice makes a bid difference. No soreness the next day! I look forward to doing this every other day and slowly building up on the weight of the dumb bells. Thank you, Cindy!!!! By the way, I look forward to trying some of your other videos. It is so important for us to maintain our muscle mass to the best of our ablility.

Cindy, I walk everyday but was told I'm still losing muscle mass and bone mass and then I found your video! I was looking for something I could follow without feeling frustrated and could start out slow and easy and I absolutely love your video you are so encouraging thank you so much!

I have just had a short break away I felt I needed it. I went to the Isle of Man as I had lived there many years ago and my late husband and I had had a couple of lovely holidays there. I was apprehensive as how far I could walk but after my walking having improved so much with your various exercises, and I treated myself to a walking stick/seat, I thought I could manage. One of the other ladies in our group I buddied up with had a step watch/counter. The second day she made a point of checking for me and I did 10,000 steps. I only sat down unofficially twice. Once having walked up a bit of a steep hill with a not very stable surface. In fact another couple waited for me half way up as they were worried about me but I made it just in time to collapse onto my seat haha. This was much down to all your exercises really so thank you Cindy. I had a lovely holiday and can definitely walk much further than I thought, maybe not quite 10,000 steps every day though, yet. I did these strength exercises just now as haven't done any while away. Sorry I have rambled on rather much 🙂
I did this workout with you today, it felt so good. I am 69, 5’ 153 lbs…lost about 20 since this past winter. I have lost 18” body total. I joined the gym July twice a week, water aerobics. This will be my at home routine in between gym days. I love how you explain every detail..tonight and watched in bed, writing down everything I learned from you. You don’t know how much this helps everyone. Thank you so much.
So glad that I found this. Love that you don’t waste time talking. I want to do these strength training exercises as often as I need to. I am 77 and walk 2 miles a day, but I need to strengthen my other muscles. Thank you.

It's not always easy to get motivated. Sometimes you just have to push 'play' and not think about it - glad it worked for you!
i do Cindy's senior stretch first. It gets me pumped up and motivated to do this one. Then I often do a 5 minute video targeting arms or a 10 min targeting upper hamstrings or abs. i take at least a 1/2 hour walk with my dogs, too.

You’re beautiful and thank you for trying to tell we seniors we don’t have to give up in front of the tv with a bowl of ice cream. I was training with weights and running til my early 60’s when fibromyalgia hit very hard when my parents dies 6 months apart! Needless to say over the last 8 years my body turning into mush and I was always depressed especially about that. Your videos are just what I’ve been looking for to get me back in shape again.
Age 61 guy. Had a LOT of back and health issues. I've started to run and I do stretches, but need to work on my strength too. Did this routine for the first time today and I feel great. A beautiful workout pitched at just the right level, with great advice and encouragement. Excellent - and thank you so much.

First time to do your exercises today. Achy 70yr old sedentary female. Thanks so much.
I have weights and bands and balls and kettle bells and so on with all kinds of videos watched. Then something happens and you are off exercise for a while and have to get back into it. These videos by Cindy are perfect for not only beginners and seniors but for those who keep stopping and starting their routines. I've done the stop/start mode all my life, but now I have to keep up as I'm getting toward my 80's and keeping fit is crucial. Don't forget the proper diet too. Move more, eat less as you get older.
You are so right. It is not our fault but just part of the aging process so it is important to slow down this aging process with movement and diet. You got this! Stay well!

As soon as I heal from my recent fall, I will follow your vids more religiously. Right now, my right shoulder and elbow are tender and messed up. Good news, no fracture! Xrayed and kept overnight to be sure heart wasn't the cause - it wasn't. The heart checked out okay. Yay!!! Thank you for your posts!!!
