Legendary bike!! I still have my old XT600 (made in 1994), I bought it in 2006 with 34k km on the clock and rode it until 2018 (now 208k km on the clock). Engine is in a bad condition, so is the rest of the bike, I haven't ridden it for the last 3 years. Can't wait to get it rebuilt, that is going to be a nostalgic ride!!!
Lol I’m a Honda guy but honestly and brand. Yamaha Kawi Zuki Ktm husky Maico LMFAO anything can sit for 25 years especially in that condition and fire Ight up.
Great kickstarting mate. Starting like you mean it. Just how I start a ZY490. Gotta really jump high and hard to get it going. I start it just like you mate but hold the clutch in when I kick. Sure feels great when it starts after kicking the shit out of it.
i recentley got a rm 125 1993 hadnt run for 15 yrs got another stater and it started 1 new 5th gear mains and seals rod piston barrel and rebuild total its a bike again thats a sweet cr a rarity these days ;D
With any dirtbike it's just to get the fuel from one side tank to were the filter/tap is as pluss it helps when bikes been sitting to fill carb up with all dirtbike mainly

Holy shit dude that bike is a registered weapon.
Amen to that! Gonna be hitting the track in a couple of weeks, hopefully get some good footage to upload if I survive! Lol
These things are out of this world! I rekon most younger riders don’t even know how hard these things hit
There actually not all that. Had 2 of them. As quick as a 250 or 125 depending who is on it

All you have to do is breath on the throttle, and your popping wheelies and dropping panties. The CR500 are demons.
Mixing gas and slapping ass
Better wear a rider boot to start it or you'll break that twig you call a leg
Alright alright we all know and love that meme
The beast is alive
Love kick start . But 25 years ,now that's Japanese build quality.
It's a Honda

Bruh ever heard of a two stroke. You don't let them idle or they will get gunked up and fowl the plug
Always nice to see someone start a CR500 - they all look so proud ..
