Been playing for about 15 years now. But time isn't always the biggest factor. At around 3 years of playing, I was already doing more fingerstyle than some of my friends at the time who had been playing the guitar for much longer. So don't get discouraged if someone has been playing for a longer time than you, you can achieve a lot in a short amount of time. It's about the amount of effort and research and passion you're willing to put into it that will propel your progress. Good luck!
1 hour of practice a day can be a lot of progress if it's consistent! I don't have tutorials or anything like that but I can point you to some of the channels I like to watch that teach begginer all the way to advanced stuff. Justinguitar is a very prominent one, for example.
