Ima be so brutally honest I love how you guys are young and hungry to work in the gutter field but I just wanna say a few things maybe u can improve them because I’ve been doing gutters since I was 12. But this is also advice so u can grow in the industry, one u gotta wear a tool belt u won’t have to carry everything by hand and u have all the screws, snips, crimpers, or any other tools. Two u don’t need a saw like that to cut downspouts the easy way to not walk back and fourth to your truck for one cut is to carry a hacksaw or malco snips cut it on the spot and easy and quick install. U won’t have to walk back and fourth just for a 1” cut. Also use a level I don’t think I saw you guys use one just to insure that it has pitch. Again this is advice not trying to sound like a dick good luck to u

Your gutter machine is very very out of alignment. That wave in the back isn't helping you. The gutter has a bad banana in it.

should be called how not to install gutters ever in any amount of time too many things to mention one is a 2 3/4 outlet with a 3x4 downspout use a 3x4 outlet or a 2x3 dp 2nd adjust your dam machine your not running boomerangs
