I can definitely see how you charge 16.5 a foot because we do new construction and its averages to around 10.5-11.5 a foot. But we have picked up clients who have paid around 15 and I was surprised. An issue im considering is market downturns where if the market fails like it did around 2007ish time, wouldnt the business take a hard hit? If your business is working off of facebook ads and such how can you guarantee the business wont flop when people arent calling? Also ive considered many times to just do gutters because its much more fun to do, less tiring, and can be done same day for the same price. Also I have a feeling someone in my area is using your gutter launch thing.
We aren't just relying on facebook ads but we are also utilizing Guerrilla marketing. So we use a bunch of yard signs, door hangers and Send Jims. We make sure people know we exist by marketing everywhere they don't expect to. Gutters is a great trade to get into. Its not difficult and the start up cost is low compared to other home service businesses. What makes you say that someone else in your area is using Gutter Launch?

Are you talking in mountains or not in mountains? In Boise it stays rolling because its a beautiful spot. But eastern Idaho it slows down a bit.

How are you paying only 2% for superintendent? Who is managing something for 500 a week. Genuine question
That's just their bonus. Base salary included in that. However the remaining salary is taken our of expenses rather than the COGS.
Can you do this on the side of your 9 to 5?
It’s not recommended. Most can out earn their 9-5 in just 1-2 months
