A Day In Cardiac Clinic

Hey All,
This is a tiny glimpse into something my brother and I do every few months... a trip to the cardiac clinic. Because our condition is rare (and I am now post transplant), this is something we have to do for the rest of our lives...so making it fun is important! Hope this helps someone. ENJOY!
