Hey gorgeous people,
My name is Luka-Angel. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with a rare genetic heart disease called restrictive cardiomyopathy. I was lucky enough to receive a life saving heart transplant. I'm so incredibly grateful for my donor & their family as it really did save my life (as well as the miracles I received). I am hoping this channel will be a great place for other people going through transplant to get advice and know that they are not alone!
