      @@ranidr don't do bhashtrika if it disturb your sleep pattern, instead focus on balancing your chandra nadi, left nostril, nari shodhan.

    I had been taking medicines for General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) for over 2.5 years. After practicing Sudarshan Kriya for 3 months or so, the doctor told me that I no longer need the medication. I'm a completely different person now and would not like to go back .

    I did the course several years ago in NZ and have sporadically practised and benefited from the Kriya
    For the last 18 months have experienced sadness and loneliness from my husbands death
    But I have started the practice again especially at sunset in an unhurried and sincere manner
    So I at last I have peace and and an appreciation of the quietude that is now my life

    Pranayama is a divine gift. People oversee its power because it's just so simple. It's the breath. What's so special about the breath? Everybody can do it. It's free. Well there is magic in it and it can change your whole life. Yoga should be thought in every school, specially in the west where people are forgetting their roots and aping after greed. Thank you for sharing these very simple but tremendously powerful practice.

      Yes this is very powerful and the results are real . I have experienced on me . Make this kriya part of your life each and everyday and don’t give up there will be ups and down but you will definitely feel much better if you continue this for few months.     I trusted and believe in kriya that it will give me all the happiness in the world, woke up at 3 am to get more benefits, it's really deep peace at Brahma muhurat, after that during day and evening, with closed eyes chant some mantras - say Shiva mantras, hanuman chalisa etc and after 20 mins again sit for meditation . In the end do Seva, it's equally important, i was struggling alone for 8 months but then since I started meditation, It took me 2-3 months in total to realise the process and it's benefits.. it's a miracle.. finally I got the key to happiness, with consistency any body can get happiness in a short time

    Its been one day that ive tried this. The results are terrific. Ive been depressed for 3 years now, went to see doctors and took several pills but nothing works as much as this meditation 🧘‍♀️
    I was having symptoms like right chest pain, heart palpitations as if my heart was about to stop anytime, cold hands and feets, difficulty sleeping, could not focus, always irritated and nervous with people around me.
    Im feeling better, calmer, peaceful, lighter in my body and mind. Thank you for this video. Really helpful. 💓

    Very gentle, calm and soothing Voice in the background. It's very essential that the instructions & counts go at a medium pace to feel at peace and not just for the sake of doing it the Abhyaasi follows it with closed eyes. Sudarshan Kriya's purpose has to be fulfilled - magical release of stress and a deep feeling of tranquility within the mind and lightness in heart and brain is what I have realized after doing long SKY offline and short Kriya online as well. Ofcourse the mantras chanted in the end by the teacher or Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji 🙏🏻🌹plays a significant role as an addition to provide nutrition to the Abhyaasi.     I did this first time two videos this one and other Sky breathing and I feel absolutely great already, not even into this video yet and I felt like smiling I told myself "I love you" and it felt amazing brought joy and happy tears :,)

      Do speak to your teacher ... He or she are trained to detect issues, correct and guide you 1to1.

    I suffered from anxiety and depression.Its only Sudharshan Kriya that has helped me come out of it.I earnestly request everybody to learn SK and do it regularly for a happy mind and blissful life.

      Bharat ji Jai Gurudev.. I did the course long back(16years back). I haven’t practiced SK since long time, and now I want to start again, but I forgot the count of SK, is it 20-40-40? If I am wrong please correct me , so that I can start practising again.

    Sudarshan Kriya is magical I haad severy Axiety and depression after my mom passed away.       @@sg28011 I am able to enjoy the bliss of silence with in, have been able to understand how mind and emotions were caught up in round and round never ending conflicts which weren't even important. Helped me getting a clarity of thoughts, helping me in exploring the deep meaning of life as well as helping me put more time in my spiritual development rather than getting entangled in the worldly chores which aren't so important. This didn't happen in a day but with regular practice, listen and attending timeless knowledge and engaging in groups to share and ask my queries where ever I get stuck.. There is no turning back now. I can trade anything to keep my practice for life. :)

      Kalyan ji, I would highly recommend to repeat the course. It will be a lovely refresher and will connect with a group and teacher which helps in picking us up when we start getting little irregular with the practice.

      @Aman Puri ji, I too thinking of going through the program again from many years. The first time i learnt kriya was when Art of Living program was conducted in our office premises.. Only two persons including me attended the programme..Believe me,i really felt relaxed and happy when I did it for few weeks initially..i could not make it after it and felt I was missing something important in life due to work pressure. From then, onwards I m continuesly searching for relearning the kriya.
      But could not do till date due to unavailability of program near my residence and due to office routine .Frankly to reveal I even forgot The process also...... Looking forward again to take up the program more seriously this time and practice more than before.... Hope all goes well

    I used to practice wim hoff but i think it made my anxiety worse. First day and already profound learnings are coming to the surface. I love this practice. I will commit to this for a month to see the difference. I will report back.

    I have never tried this before, usually I try basic guided meditation geared towards whatever emotion I am feeling. this was amazing.. I have never had such a clear mind as I did during the meditation portion of this video, after all of the breathing techniques. thank you so much for this video

    We learnt Sudarhan kriya in2003 It helped us to do track ing for one month in the month of August my husband,s age was 69 Years and my was 63 years we did parkrimaarond t Kalash Mansrover It was because of sudarshan kriya Lot of Thanks to Guru ji

    I had terrible case of Carpal Tunnel syndrome since months...so much that in March I would wake up with terrible pain in my palms and till 1030am making a fist or gripping something was very painful ... then just out of the lark I started doing short Sudharshan Kriya from when Lockdown in Mumbai started... and its a month now absolutely normal and SK gives energy and positive thinking throughout the day ... thank you Guruji and my friend who introduced me to AOL ... ever grateful 🙏

    I suffer from depression and anxiety and am on pills for last twelve years.
    I am very new to art of living. Only two months since I did my happiness program but i just finished my advanced course yest. Kriya has helped me tremendously. I urge everyone with mental health issues to consider it. Also those who have please consider the advanced course as well. It is magical.
