- Music by The Moody Blues: To Share Our Love:
"To Share Our Love" is a 1969 song by the The Moody Blues. Written by the band's bassist John Lodge, from their 1969 album On the Threshold of a Dream.
"To Share Our Love" is considered one of John Lodge's signature upbeat rock songs. Even though John Lodge wrote the song, Mike Pinder is featured singing the lead vocals, which is uncommon for the Moody Blues, who normally have the song's writer sing the lead vocals.

To Share Our Love:
Makes me feel good,
Now I can see
It takes more than one to give
The life we need.
I can't think why
I never thought of this before
Now I know what it means to share
To share my love.
Now I know why
I've found the answer for myself
What a day it would be to share
To share your love
Can't think
Why I never thought
Of this before, now I know
What it means to me
To share, share all my love with you,
To share, share all my love with you.
Can't think
Why I never thought
Of this before, now I know
What it means to me
To share, share all my love with you,
To share, share all my love with you.
I can still remember tearing the plastic wrap off this LP. Who would have ever thought then what wonderful things someone like you could add to the music.
What a fabulous rarely heard tune...
