      I'd be too scared to ask a black person if I'd seen them before, for fear of it not actually being that person lol. The more time you spend with black people, asian people, middle eastern etc. the easier it gets to recognize distinct features between them.

    I love how she says "I'm sorry you have to go through this sir" and said something similar to the other guy. Shows her great compassion. She's not sitting up there thinking they get what they get they did this to themselves. She has compassion for them and understands majority of people facing legal troubles like these didn't just wake up and decide to be a criminal they're not bad people... They just had bad life circumstances and made some minor bad choices because of that that spiraled into more and more.

    This is a rare case of a real nice friendly judge who treats people kindly and doesnt think she is better or above others. Real example. God bless her.

      @@HelloCarrie923 lack of resources is related to committing crimes. Being disadvantaged with poverty, transportation, other needs is a compelling reason to break rules. If you haven't read research on the topic or been in the circumstances, then it would be hard for you to understand why someone would break rules.

      Scorpion Suerte Race only really affects skin color. Intelligence is the same. Due to how intelligence is measured, if a large amount of one race is highly educated, that will skew results. Their innate intelligence is equal however.

      The judge remembered this man from the cruise, the video goes on to mention remembering a man from middle school in court as well, recognizing him when he came in. Between recognizing him from middle school and some random guy from the cruise, that's why they said the judge has good memory.

    Wow, does she ever bring humanity back to the court room. I watched the first video a while ago, and instead of acting smug or lording over their difference, I remember thinking how compassionate she was when she reminded him they knew each other. In this one, it looks like she actually removes his entire bail. She treats defendants like people, not numbers. Awesome.

      +Ezzie E. She is very fair from what we see of her. I mean she had a point in this case here that was undeniable, if the dude wanted to flee he couldve done it 800 times in the cruize and he dindt, he came back, so its very unlikely that hell try to flee.

      Sometimes it's better if there not compassionate because in some cases judges relate to the defendants by class of ethnicity and they get let off with the number of years they get compared to someone different to the
