Hey BEAT family! Normally at this time of the year many people make a promise to God that they are going to quit looking at porn. Perhaps it's a new year's resolution. So, I want to encourage you to strongly consider implementing these 5 DOs and DONT's so you can experience true freedom from an addiction to pornography.
When you say confess your sins, does it mean that you have to tell your partner/significant other/gf? Or do you confess to God and work towards overcoming it separate from friends / loved ones - I'm asking particularly because of feeling ashamed
Do's 1. Confess your sin 2. Accept God's forgiveness 3. Identify the root problem 4. Get some accountability 5. Help get others out Don'ts 1. Don't question your salvation 2. Don't live in condemnation 3. Don't try to atone for sin 4. Don't make promises 5. Don't make excuses You're welcome 🤗

Yeah bro everytime I fall I go into deep sorrow and promise to never do it again and then it happens over and over again has to be the most frustrating part

This was a very interestingly timed video. This is something I have struggled with and it gets better sometimes and then I fall right back into the pit. It makes you feel unworthy afterwards, the repeat cycle of doing, regretting, praying just makes you feel like a burden to God. I know that isn't the case but porn negativity is a real thing. Anyone out there struggling with this I know what it's like, we can come together in prayer and seek separation from it.

This was so timely, I recently stumbled and I really had no hope with this area in my life. I kinda accepted that this is just my thorn in my flesh that I would never get over😓. This video helped with serving as a reminder, please keep me in prayer regarding this.

Amen!!! January 16th marks 2 years of sobriety thanks be to God!! I was habitually watching porn and cheated on my wife. She found out and God interceded. Now my life is for Christ. If you’re struggling with this sin, you will NOT be able to overcome on your own. Find a brother that can hold you accountable and pray to God for his strength and take it ONE day at a time!!
I been struggling with homosexual pornography and thoughts since I was around 13 years old. I keep trying and trying to overcome this but no matter what I try I keep following into a cycle. I truly believe that God can and will deliver me from this. Please have me in your prays brother Parr.
Hello I will pray for you. I would ask you to examine yourself and see if you’re truly in the faith. Do you have an desire to read the word and spend time in prayer. The reason I says is when does God want us delivered from sin? There’s nothing wrong with seeing if you’re truly saved.

@El Macho Trump Lust is perfectly natural. Without it, we woudn't even procreate. So I still don't see what the problem is. I've done it for 10 years. I've even watch porn with my GF. Should I be noticing anything? This sounds rather superstitious.
My husband struggled with Porn once immigrated to America since its legal here. He had a smart phone but eventually he just go to flip phone and he has no porn since. Our marriage relationship so much better. I pray for those that struggle with devices of evil such as pornography. Always forgive yourself and others.
Now this is a great contemporary teaching on how to properly apply the scriptures of New Testament that we're written years ago to a different culture with a different mindset than relevant in our modern age.I am referring to the precepts in the word of Jesus:Matt.5:29-30. I approve of his plan for that is my meditation and plan as well for a number of reasons. Praise God I finally found someone that articulates this. Hopefully others get it as well. I even got rid of my computer. This of course will be difficult for the younger generation especially those especially those that are socially and professionally active. I slipped up the day before after not doing it (watching porn) for awhile. I felt sick after doing that; the enemy tried to condemn me but I shut it down by quoting scriptures of GOD's forgiveness for me and how I am still a creature in Christ and I am learning still and chose not to be hard on myself anymore. I repented, asked for forgiveness and took accountability for my actions. Dealing with lust can be difficult but that's where GOD's strength come in. Amen! I feel it, I struggle with it too! 😫 I could go on for a month without watching it then just one little slip up I fall back real quick right back to the bottom after so much progress! Sometimes my flesh loves to make excuses but I NEED TO CONFESS MY SIN and stand on God's word! 😭

I saw a post on Tik Tok I think where someone simply said “God is not mad at you.” I’m not ignoring the wrath of God over sin but I am thankful to know that my God is looking at me with grace instead of that wrath, and that Jesus took wrath on Himself in my place.

Wow I’ve been fasting for almost two weeks and this is something I’ve struggled with for years and still struggling with, Thank You for being led by God brother I definitely needed this.
Thanks for this one man. Porn is so toxic and it’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. But God has put it on my heart in the past few months to get rid of this once and for all. I’ve quit smoking cigarettes. I’ve quit dipping. I quit vaping. I quit eating unhealthy foods. The media will tell you about how addictive and damaging all these things are but out of all things I’ve had an addiction with porn is by far the hardest to quit. May I ask how you were able to kick nicotine? That’s the thing I am extremely struggling with. Baffling cause I quit drinking 8 years ago and as much as I struggled with that it seemed like a breeze vs quitting nicotine. I go through cycles of getting mad and throwing the nicotine away at the end of the day swearing off forever only to start the again the next day or two later lol.

Thank you for this piece. Glory to God, I have overcome this stronghold. The main problem is our mind. When we keep allowing illicit images, graphics, music videos, movies that arouse such thoughts. They keep compiling in our subconscious mind. This makes it very difficult to overcome when the urge comes. I struggled with porn and masturbation since I was 14. My mind was really messed up. But then, I was inspired to keep filling my mind with the right things, MOST ESPECIALLY the Word of God and daily and constant prayer. Tip: Pray more often daily, thanking God for His miraculous deliverance of over all your struggles. Get busy, dont let your mind be idle. Either you are reading a great Christian book, or you are at work, or you have Christian friends to interact with. If you are willing, an accountability friend will do wonders. To keep you in check and pray with you. I pay that God will mercifully deliver us all and keep us sanctified for His use in His kingdom. Amen
Im so glad ive been delivered from watching porn. Not going to lie watching it was fun but it made me feel dead inside afterwards. Now i realize was the reason i felt that way was because it was slowly destroying my spirit. As soon as i stopped watching i notice my spiritual growth rised up, and instead of dying in spirit i died in flesh.
Man this was a good video. May all our men (especially young men) be free from this sin. It almost destroyed my life. And I know for a fact, that it was only by God's grace that I became free from this. To be honest, I still feel the consequences till this day, but that's because it can take several years to physically, emotionally, and mentally heal from something that was so easy to get into.

How did it "almost destroy your life"? Indulging in a pleasure frequently does not mean anything bad is happening. Dogs will hump each other on a daily basis if you let them. That's not a "gross" thing. That's biology. Spreading your genes to as many mates as possible is your body's natural design, and it's why the human male body produces 15 million sperm a day.

A timely video I needed! I've been all single all my life up to 26 years of age as of last year and I have a history of masturbation for over a decade. I've also had my share of jealousy and frustration over people's social lives and relationships. I believe the lord is slowly working in my struggle and building me up to prepare me for what he has planned in my life inward and outward. I've definitely struggled with this thing off and on and always remind myself, that I don't need this. It's a desire that builds up lust. A little more than 30 days porn free 🙌🏾. I’ve been addicted since 5 years old. I’ve never said this out loud. I’ve been praying daily and studying scriptures daily and it’s helping. A big part of me is broken, but I can’t continue to live like that. So no more.
I've had victory over this for approx. 15 years. Since then, GOD has used me to mentor other men, help others through 12-step programs, & now as an elder in my church. It's awesome! GOD is good. The struggle is still there, but GOD is always faithful.
How many times in the last year have you been tempted to look at a woman with lust, compared to how many times have you been tempted to murder someone? I bet the number of times you have been tempted to murder someone is close to zero, whereas the temptations to look at women has been in the dozens or even hundreds. Why is that? Think about this logically. If the devil was real, he would tempt you equally across all sins. But sexual "sin" seems to pop up in your mind 20x more than any other. Maybe the reason for that is because the source of these temptations is not the devil, but your body's natural design. The human male body produces 15 million sperm a day--reproducing is a huge goal of your body. That is why you are instantly attracted to signs of fertility in a woman, such as a big butt, boobs, or hips. You are feeling the same urge an animal feels to reproduce, mate, and continue the circle of life. If lust ceased to exist, all life would die off in a few years. Lust is not from the devil--it is a urge provided by your body to ensure you mate with others and make new life.
Information is what I lacked early on.We are dead to sin when we become believers.That means that we are not slaves anymore but I didn't know that.I thought I still was.This sin will bring forth death just like all the others.And the sooner you get out the better.Cry out to God and resist the devil.I have noticed that my normal sexual desires are inflated by certain television shows and certain social media.So I avoid those.God can remove thoughts and images that inflate sexual desires.Read the word or listen to things about God everyday.Then the desires that may seem out of control will be under his control.I am doing what I am telling you not just talk.I have another comment on this channel it's a bit tough in my wording it hasn't been commented on it may be blocked haven't checked yet.

I saw you post this video last week but was so consumed with condemnation that I avoided watching it. Today I finally repented and feel freer than I've felt since the new year. If you're reading this please pray for my endurance as I continue to fight against this stronghold.
I have victory over this for years now. It was a step by step process for me. (AT THE RISK OF SOUNDING VULGUR) One thing that God revealed to me is that whakking off is just like having actual intercourse with a woman in God's eyes. Both are looked at as fornication and lust that turned to sin. Scriptures such as "the body is the temple..." "joining your body to a harlot" and the way the Bible speaks of "unclean" things started convicting me. I got to a point that I couldn't even look myself in the mirror and was depressed. God sees everything and I was ashamed of myself. Sacrifice is a part of this Christian walk. I die to myself daily and refuse to give in to my body's cravings. It takes prayer and dedication to the Lord. That's part of the Christian walk and there's no way around it. Now no pornography EVER again and no more females unless I get married to that ONE God send me. Hope this helps someone by how transparent this is.

Excellent Video....I love the way you speak so respectfully and beautifully on this. I have been struggling for nearly 40 years with porn. I was able to abstain for 4 months before I fell again. I made the mistake of promising God I wouldn't do it again stupidly thinking it would make it more guaranteed in myself to succeed, but I failed again and it just made it worse when I failed again. I have been trying not to fail, but still failing here and there...I pray every night for strength and guidance and help with this to make me impotent or whatever it takes because I want to lead an Asexual life now as I'm over 50 and don't need to have sex anymore anyway. I wish I could find a group for this but haven't found one yet...I have no problem telling people about my issue tho because I think it's good to be open with people especially in Church. I read the Bible every day and am getting way involved in my church. It's the best I've ever felt in my life, but I just struggle with these lusts that sometimes defeat me.
I've overcome the addiction but i have relapsed a few times and repented. I also overcame a weed, alcohol and cigarette addiction all in 2021. The Lord has been gracious, though I got excluded from school 😪, I don't know what to do now, I'm stuck but I trust the Lord. He shall lead me to green pastures, if not in this life in the next. Edit: l've been addicted to porn since I was 12, I'm now 22. Been a Christian for 6 years now. The Lord just delivered me( early 2021). Don't give up on the Lord, he cares for you.

I've been free since Mid August last year. It's been a struggle for 11 years. What helped me was identifying the triggers and when the temptation comes I pray and turn on worship music. Also filtering the music I listen too.
It's so interesting because I remember being extremely depressed, on medication (antidepressants), getting drunk almost every night, objectifying women, watching porn, and taking pain killers back in my Christian university. I was so overwhelmed with my mental health that I just was looking for anything to numb it. Almost got kicked out of college but they were really loving and gracious towards my situation. I remember confessing everything to one of the leaders on campus and she prayed for me, something i've tried doing millions of times by myself for God to take it all away. But when I walked out of her office, I legit had no desire for alcohol, drugs, and pain killers. It was wild! It was the first time I came clean about my sin and confessed it to someone who was in a position to want to pray for me and I am living proof that it works! The thing that stood with me were my sadness and my lust issue, it went from talking to girls in a vulgar way to instead indulging more in pornography which is no better because it is still lust. I found these things to be something that I am slowly working through over time. I'm in counseling, have accountability, am finally serving at a church (should've been doing this forever ago lol) and these things are slowly straightening me out. God is faithful and although I wasn't healed instantaneously like those other struggles, God is still working in me and wants me to be free!
This is something that i've been struggling with for a long, long time. There are times where it gets so much better, but then i relapse into what seems like a month of oblivion. I'm gonna try the things in this video and hopefully grow away from this addiction. God bless y'all.

Another "don't" I'd like to add from personal experience is: Don't confess to young or nonbelievers who will make light of the situation and try to tell you it's not that big a deal. This year I’ve decided I’m done with porn once and for all. Covenant Eyes is great, but with accountability is crucial!!! I’m tired of the guilt, shame, excuses, and all the blame shifting. I’m going to make plans this year to find a Christian girlfriend to hopefully make a wife. My thing was especially lesbian porn since I was around middle school age. Satan really thought he had a hook on me with it, but I’ve replaced porn with better things like creative writing, music, Bible reading, walking, etc.
I use to struggle with this but thank you God it is not as bad. I do have a unique situation but maybe someday God will help me with the mental aspect of it. Thank you Allen for this video
I was introduced to porn at an unfortunate young age. Really young and it's been with me ever since and I've been struggling with it. Out of all the sins not do in the 10 commandments. Commiting lust hurts differently from the rest. I can't explain it but it does and its the hardest to overcome

But thanks To God Sometime it happens when am in routine prayers, like 21, 30, Or 40 days. When I mess up I feel no more strength to move on. But I thanks God now it sometimes happens when am on the middle of routine prayers but it doesn't stop me from fasting and praying. Since I have nowhere to run on to. I really need to be over this sin, I hate it.

This blessed me so much. An area of struggle for me but ....I am happy to report I haven't set porn (evil) before my eyes in over 2 months. And no masturbation either. I change what I watch anything with sex scenes, lustful conversation, even with friends I stop it. I ask the friend to stop with the details. Or I change the subject. I also with movies even a commercial if I feel my flesh rising I turn it and meditate on 2 Corinthians 10 vs 5. I cast down the imagination immediately and I pray a lot and confess. And praise the Lord I have been walking free. I also have a plan B which is getting rid of my smart phone and buy a flip phone that has 0 internet capabilities. Cutting off my eyes and hands so to speak. Jesus is Lord and King, and worthy of my praise.
I have been set free from this as well as fornication! I have been free from it for almost a year now! I even feel called to pursue a teaching ministry and am in my second semester of Bible college! It is my passion to lead others to the same freedom that God has given me through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit!
Allen brother, Thank you so much. This has helped me also, I do not have a problem with porn but it is just as dangerous, because I'm dealing with real people. I have schizoaffective disorder, I hurt first and most of all our Heavenly Father God, my Wife, the people I wind up bringing into our blessed relationship. It can be hell on earth at times I have tried to not do it again. The only way I have been able to keep myself in check is by depending on our Heavenly Father God. It is a continuous battle, but thanks be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ we are all able to fight this battle.

This was a very interestingly timed video. This is something I have struggled with and it gets better sometimes and then I fall right back into the pit. It makes you feel unworthy afterwards, the repeat cycle of doing, regretting, praying just makes you feel like a burden to God. I know that isn't the case but porn negativity is a real thing. Anyone out there struggling with this I know what it's like, we can come together in prayer and seek separation from it.

I was habitually watching porn and cheated on my wife. She found out and God interceded. Now my life is for Christ. If you’re struggling with this sin, you will NOT be able to overcome on your own. Find a brother that can hold you accountable and pray to God for his strength and take it ONE day at a time!!
I been struggling with homosexual pornography and thoughts since I was around 13 years old. I keep trying and trying to overcome this but no matter what I try I keep following into a cycle. I truly believe that God can and will deliver me from this. Please have me in your prays brother Parr.

My husband struggled with Porn once immigrated to America since its legal here. He had a smart phone but eventually he just go to flip phone and he has no porn since. Our marriage relationship so much better. I pray for those that struggle with devices of evil such as pornography. Always forgive yourself and others.
Now this is a great contemporary teaching on how to properly apply the scriptures of New Testament that we're written years ago to a different culture with a different mindset than relevant in our modern age.I am referring to the precepts in the word of Jesus:Matt.5:29-30. I approve of his plan for that is my meditation and plan as well for a number of reasons. Praise God I finally found someone that articulates this. Hopefully others get it as well. I even got rid of my computer. This of course will be difficult for the younger generation especially those especially those that are socially and professionally active. However with God all things are possible Amen.

I slipped up the day before after not doing it (watching porn) for awhile. I felt sick after doing that; the enemy tried to condemn me but I shut it down by quoting scriptures of GOD's forgiveness for me and how I am still a creature in Christ and I am learning still and chose not to be hard on myself anymore. I repented, asked for forgiveness and took accountability for my actions. Dealing with lust can be difficult but that's where GOD's strength come in.
I am guilty for making promises to GOD and not keeping them because it keeps happening every now and again 😅

I saw a post on Tik Tok I think where someone simply said “God is not mad at you.” I’m not ignoring the wrath of God over sin but I am thankful to know that my God is looking at me with grace instead of that wrath, and that Jesus took wrath on Himself in my place.

Thanks for this one man. Porn is so toxic and it’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. But God has put it on my heart in the past few months to get rid of this once and for all. I’ve quit smoking cigarettes. I’ve quit dipping. I quit vaping. I quit eating unhealthy foods. The media will tell you about how addictive and damaging all these things are but out of all things I’ve had an addiction with porn is by far the hardest to quit. When you are tempted, look to your side and Jesus is there with you. Would you watch porn with him at your side? Use that as another tool.
May I ask how you were able to kick nicotine? That’s the thing I am extremely struggling with. Baffling cause I quit drinking 8 years ago and as much as I struggled with that it seemed like a breeze vs quitting nicotine. I go through cycles of getting mad and throwing the nicotine away at the end of the day swearing off forever only to start the again the next day or two later lol.
Once you decide to stop it becomes one of the hardest attacks on your life.

Glory to God, I have overcome this stronghold.
The main problem is our mind. When we keep allowing illicit images, graphics, music videos, movies that arouse such thoughts. They keep compiling in our subconscious mind. This makes it very difficult to overcome when the urge comes.
I struggled with porn and masturbation since I was 14.
My mind was really messed up.
But then, I was inspired to keep filling my mind with the right things, MOST ESPECIALLY the Word of God and daily and constant prayer.
Tip: Pray more often daily, thanking God for His miraculous deliverance of over all your struggles.
Get busy, dont let your mind be idle. Either you are reading a great Christian book, or you are at work, or you have Christian friends to interact with. If you are willing, an accountability friend will do wonders. To keep you in check and pray with you.
I pay that God will mercifully deliver us all and keep us sanctified for His use in His kingdom. Amen
Im so glad ive been delivered from watching porn. Not going to lie watching it was fun but it made me feel dead inside afterwards. Now i realize was the reason i felt that way was because it was slowly destroying my spirit. As soon as i stopped watching i notice my spiritual growth rised up, and instead of dying in spirit i died in flesh.
Man this was a good video. May all our men (especially young men) be free from this sin. It almost destroyed my life. And I know for a fact, that it was only by God's grace that I became free from this. To be honest, I still feel the consequences till this day, but that's because it can take several years to physically, emotionally, and mentally heal from something that was so easy to get into.
This is not just a men's problem. Women deal with this issue as well

How did it "almost destroy your life"? Indulging in a pleasure frequently does not mean anything bad is happening. Dogs will hump each other on a daily basis if you let them. That's not a "gross" thing. That's biology. Spreading your genes to as many mates as possible is your body's natural design, and it's why the human male body produces 15 million sperm a day.

A timely video I needed! I've been all single all my life up to 26 years of age as of last year and I have a history of masturbation for over a decade. I've also had my share of jealousy and frustration over people's social lives and relationships. I believe the lord is slowly working in my struggle and building me up to prepare me for what he has planned in my life inward and outward. I've had victory over this for approx. 15 years. Since then, GOD has used me to mentor other men, help others through 12-step programs, & now as an elder in my church. It's awesome! GOD is good. The struggle is still there, but GOD is always faithful.
How many times in the last year have you been tempted to look at a woman with lust, compared to how many times have you been tempted to murder someone? I bet the number of times you have been tempted to murder someone is close to zero, whereas the temptations to look at women has been in the dozens or even hundreds. Why is that? Think about this logically. If the devil was real, he would tempt you equally across all sins. But sexual "sin" seems to pop up in your mind 20x more than any other. Maybe the reason for that is because the source of these temptations is not the devil, but your body's natural design. The human male body produces 15 million sperm a day--reproducing is a huge goal of your body. That is why you are instantly attracted to signs of fertility in a woman, such as a big butt, boobs, or hips. You are feeling the same urge an animal feels to reproduce, mate, and continue the circle of life. If lust ceased to exist, all life would die off in a few years. Lust is not from the devil--it is a urge provided by your body to ensure you mate with others and make new life.

Information is what I lacked early on.We are dead to sin when we become believers.That means that we are not slaves anymore but I didn't know that.I thought I still was.This sin will bring forth death just like all the others.And the sooner you get out the better.Cry out to God and resist the devil.I have noticed that my normal sexual desires are inflated by certain television shows and certain social media.So I avoid those.God can remove thoughts and images that inflate sexual desires.Read the word or listen to things about God everyday.Then the desires that may seem out of control will be under his control.I am doing what I am telling you not just talk.I have another comment on this channel it's a bit tough in my wording it hasn't been commented on it may be blocked haven't checked yet.

Thanks for this Video Allen, This is also something I've struggled with for a while... And there are times when I've experience some victory over it for a while,, but its like a cancer that keeps growing back over time and I have to struggle all over again to overcome it,,
I saw you post this video last week but was so consumed with condemnation that I avoided watching it. Today I finally repented and feel freer than I've felt since the new year. If you're reading this please pray for my endurance as I continue to fight against this stronghold.
I have victory over this for years now. It was a step by step process for me. (AT THE RISK OF SOUNDING VULGUR) One thing that God revealed to me is that whakking off is just like having actual intercourse with a woman in God's eyes. Both are looked at as fornication and lust that turned to sin. Scriptures such as "the body is the temple..." "joining your body to a harlot" and the way the Bible speaks of "unclean" things started convicting me. I got to a point that I couldn't even look myself in the mirror and was depressed. God sees everything and I was ashamed of myself. Sacrifice is a part of this Christian walk. I die to myself daily and refuse to give in to my body's cravings. It takes prayer and dedication to the Lord. That's part of the Christian walk and there's no way around it. Now no pornography EVER again and no more females unless I get married to that ONE God send me. Hope this helps someone by how transparent this is.

Excellent Video....I love the way you speak so respectfully and beautifully on this. I have been struggling for nearly 40 years with porn. I was able to abstain for 4 months before I fell again. I made the mistake of promising God I wouldn't do it again stupidly thinking it would make it more guaranteed in myself to succeed, but I failed again and it just made it worse when I failed again. I have been trying not to fail, but still failing here and there...I pray every night for strength and guidance and help with this to make me impotent or whatever it takes because I want to lead an Asexual life now as I'm over 50 and don't need to have sex anymore anyway. I wish I could find a group for this but haven't found one yet...I have no problem telling people about my issue tho because I think it's good to be open with people especially in Church. I read the Bible every day and am getting way involved in my church. It's the best I've ever felt in my life, but I just struggle with these lusts that sometimes defeat me.

I've overcome the addiction but i have relapsed a few times and repented. I also overcame a weed, alcohol and cigarette addiction all in 2021. The Lord has been gracious, though I got excluded from school 😪, I don't know what to do now, I'm stuck but I trust the Lord. He shall lead me to green pastures, if not in this life in the next.
Edit: l've been addicted to porn since I was 12, I'm now 22. Been a Christian for 6 years now. The Lord just delivered me( early 2021). Don't give up on the Lord, he cares for you.

I've been free since Mid August last year. It's been a struggle for 11 years. What helped me was identifying the triggers and when the temptation comes I pray and turn on worship music. Also filtering the music I listen too.

When you don't have much going on in your life then it makes you go on it.
The best thing that works for me is keeping busy.
It's so interesting because I remember being extremely depressed, on medication (antidepressants), getting drunk almost every night, objectifying women, watching porn, and taking pain killers back in my Christian university. I was so overwhelmed with my mental health that I just was looking for anything to numb it. Almost got kicked out of college but they were really loving and gracious towards my situation. I remember confessing everything to one of the leaders on campus and she prayed for me, something i've tried doing millions of times by myself for God to take it all away. But when I walked out of her office, I legit had no desire for alcohol, drugs, and pain killers. It was wild! It was the first time I came clean about my sin and confessed it to someone who was in a position to want to pray for me and I am living proof that it works!
The thing that stood with me were my sadness and my lust issue, it went from talking to girls in a vulgar way to instead indulging more in pornography which is no better because it is still lust. I found these things to be something that I am slowly working through over time. I'm in counseling, have accountability, am finally serving at a church (should've been doing this forever ago lol) and these things are slowly straightening me out. God is faithful and although I wasn't healed instantaneously like those other struggles, God is still working in me and wants me to be free!

Thank you for this, brother Allen! This is not something for the faint of heart, and I also have struggles in. The LORD is certainly working on me in this area. Another "don't" I'd like to add from personal experience is: Don't confess to young or nonbelievers who will make light of the situation and try to tell you it's not that big a deal. They make that excuse for you, because they make it for themselves.

My thing was especially lesbian porn since I was around middle school age. Satan really thought he had a hook on me with it, but I’ve replaced porn with better things like creative writing, music, Bible reading, walking, etc.
I'm really struggling with pornography and this was helpful. I hope n pray that some day God will help me overcome

I was introduced to porn at an unfortunate young age. Really young and it's been with me ever since and I've been struggling with it. Out of all the sins not do in the 10 commandments. Commiting lust hurts differently from the rest. I can't explain it but it does and its the hardest to overcome

Thanks Bro Allen I have been making excuse that may be because I don't have wife. I have been playing so God may give me wife so I can win against this struggle. But thanks To God Sometime it happens when am in routine prayers, like 21, 30, Or 40 days. When I mess up I feel no more strength to move on. But I thanks God now it sometimes happens when am on the middle of routine prayers but it doesn't stop me from fasting and praying. Since I have nowhere to run on to. I really need to be over this sin, I hate it.

This blessed me so much. An area of struggle for me but ....I am happy to report I haven't set porn (evil) before my eyes in over 2 months. And no masturbation either. I change what I watch anything with sex scenes, lustful conversation, even with friends I stop it. I ask the friend to stop with the details. Or I change the subject. I also with movies even a commercial if I feel my flesh rising I turn it and meditate on 2 Corinthians 10 vs 5. I cast down the imagination immediately and I pray a lot and confess. And praise the Lord I have been walking free. I also have a plan B which is getting rid of my smart phone and buy a flip phone that has 0 internet capabilities. Cutting off my eyes and hands so to speak. Jesus is Lord and King, and worthy of my praise.

I have been set free from this as well as fornication! I have been free from it for almost a year now! I even feel called to pursue a teaching ministry and am in my second semester of Bible college! It is my passion to lead others to the same freedom that God has given me through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit!

Allen brother, Thank you so much. This has helped me also, I do not have a problem with porn but it is just as dangerous, because I'm dealing with real people. I have schizoaffective disorder, I hurt first and most of all our Heavenly Father God, my Wife, the people I wind up bringing into our blessed relationship. It can be hell on earth at times I have tried to not do it again. The only way I have been able to keep myself in check is by depending on our Heavenly Father God. It is a continuous battle, but thanks be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ we are all able to fight this battle.
