We don't mix on this channel, Chef Pasquale! We give it a turn! lol We need shirts that say something like "Now we give it a turn". Fantastic vid, Chef! Thank you! Have a great weekend!!!
The BEST cooks are passionate about every step of the process. You ALWAYS show such passion. I'm currently making sauce and watching your video on how to make sauce...I've used your process for 2 years now...Perfect!
My grandmother was from Ischia. She used to make us the zucchini flowers for breakfast. She made a batter. She coated the flowers in the batter and lightly fried them in olive oil. Oh my God, they were so good, and I miss them so much. Excuse me now while I cry a little bit because I miss my Nonna.
My mom was from Italy too, and fried zucchini flowers was a highlight in the summer. They’re very easy to make. Egg, flour, salt and pepper. Coat the open flowers in the batter and fry, that’s it!
I love the food you make. Bless you and family. I hear you fine. Love your garden. Also on this video the camera is wide view so this is how all your videos should be on osara and Pasquale recipes and more Pasquale .thank you

Hello there!
What company and size is your pan or steel skillet? Do you have a link? Where can we purchase it from?
👌👌👌👌👌👌

😋
ooooh, baconless carbonara. color me intrigued!
Buono ❤
😍
We ate flowers with scrambled eggs. No one but Italians understand zucchini flowers.
so good!
Never had squash flowers. Does it matter what kind of squash? I see you use zucchini, which I have but what about Acorn, spaghetti, butternut squash?
you can use them too!
Did you finish it up yourself, Pasquale?
no I shared it with my wife, Jeremy and Diana 😀no leftovers with this one
I thought you weren't supposed to use oil with guanciale. It produces it's own?
I wanted a little extra fat. Not necessary to use if you don't want to
Please make gelato too 😩
It gotta lotta ants
🐜🚫
Where’s the wine?
What do you mean? Traditional carbonara doesn't contain wine 🤷🏼♀️
We filmed this around lunch time so I still had a few errands to run
Leave that little thing in the middle of the flower. Ants are high in protein. Its good for you😂
😅🐜
No wine?!?! No salute cin cin?!?!
Pas
I'm sorry but this is the first video TO ME that doesn't look appetizing. Gotta give the good and the bad.
You should make it. Carbonara will blow your mind.
Go back when you come from trailer park I love his videos. I’m not even Italian. I will eat his food.
