      @@jerrylowe8615 well so far my darling I'm getting more and more evidence that tinnitus is caused by Eppstein barr virus, so its a viral infection affecting the middle ear. Now what you can do is absolutely follow the medical medium and read his books as his teachings agree 100% with my theory. I'm treating my cousin from her chronic life long eczema and as a side effect she no longer has ringing in her ears.
      I also put her on MMS 1 and 2. These are Jim humbles. Please read his book if you decide to use MMS. This thing works magic, I take it on a regular basis & I'm surrounded by people who seem yo be infected with the corona virus but I never get infected as this MMS keeps my immune system like a rock star 👩‍🎤.

    My brother is 26, and barely discovered he has tinnitus. He’s had it his whole life, and thought it was normal to hear ringing. He used to get in fights a lot, and even got a certificate as a child for being “fight free for 30 days”. It also makes him anxious in loud crowded places. Hearing ringing like this, can make you easily lose your shit when your even slightly agitated. 🤣 My mama asked me about it too at 23, when I said I don’t like going to the mall because it’s too much. She asked me questions, and when I answered with the symptoms, she told me about the condition. Mine isn’t as bad/loud as his. I thought it was normal too! My mama yelled at me, “That’s not normal!” All her children are walking around thinking it’s normal! 🤣

      I’ve always thought it was normal as well! And I’ve asked my mom several times since I was little “do you hear that?” bc I thought it was something electrical going wrong in their house and I wanted to alert them, when the ringing has hit me and she’s always said “no, but it’s normal to hear ringing from time to time”. And I know tinnitus can be genetic, but she isn’t even bio. She’s just been misinformed as a female and in female physical health and thought it was normal herself too lol :’)
      I’m not very disrupted by my tinnitus, I know people can have much worse, to the point of disability and/or isolation, but it’s good to know it isn’t actually normal. At least now I am aware and I’m alert if it gets worse.

It'll turn "on and off", so it's incredibly distracting because it's not just a continuous noise, it comes and goes randomly so it keeps my attention the whole time. @@Roxyy_Foxyy Yeap, and just remember there could be way worse things than Tinnitus. But yes theres different levels of tinnitus, some really unbearable others not so bad. But then again all depends on how long you've had it for and your tolerance towards it. Well I also have tinnitus. And you won't believe this. But I sleep in dead silence. Sometimes in order for me to sleep I need total quietness. Despite my tinnitus. Popping your ears, and doing neck stretches seems to help. But I'm a veteran of tinnitus now so I've learn to adapt to it. Had it for over 15 years. Will probably get it fixed one day. But for the mean time it's not a problem. Whats your previous history with your ears? Is it one or two?

    I had to use these sounds last year. Twice a week or more. It feels very uncomfortable, especially at night when there are no surrounding noises and all you hear is this static noise, feels like turning the volume up. I hope people who hear this daily can find a way to get better soon.

  • @paolasun
    @paolasun 3 года назад +11

    mine is like a mix of sound 5 and sound 9. I’ve had it for about 3-4 years now. I’m guessing I got an ear infection from too much water in my ears, too much stress, or too much noise. I used to listen to loud music through my earbuds daily. And I remember hearing the ringing after I got out of a pool and drying myself off. So i’m not sure which scenario caused my tinnitus. But, in the beginning, it never really bugged me. I could handle being in a quiet room for hours. But recently, its gotten louder. From a scale of 1-10 (10 being the loudest), it would either be a 5 or a 7. I think it’s pretty severe now, and it really sucks that I wasn’t careful with my hearing. For anyone who’s reading this and recently just started hearing ringing in the ears, please- be careful and avoid triggers. Avoid loud noises because it can make your tinnitus worse. Certain foods can also make the ringing louder, so avoid anything that might be making your ringing louder. If you’re going to listen to music, make sure that you either have over-ear headphones or low volume. Make sure you’re not stressing too much either. Find coping skills that work for you. If it’s really bothering you, you could go to a doctor or see a therapist. You can also take B-12 or other medications that can help treat the ringing. A lot of people take anti-depressants or anxiety meds to manage their tinnitus. Keep your head up, okay? You are not alone♥︎♥︎

    Mines faint I think- but I've had it my entire life and like a lot of the other comments, I too thought it was the sound of my brain running. Tbh I don't associate it with suffering, and was surprised to see so many people saying they were sad to find out they had it. I was tripping on acid once and deconstructed the noise, sounded like metal spinning at hyper speed then I realized it was actually a multitude of metals oscillating- like they were caught in each others gravitation and the friction was causing the noise. Best way I can describe it. Buuuut, while extraneous, the stimulation is hardly painful or annoying enough to call suffering. It's like a skin tag, except in hearing form.

    Damn that first one shocked me and made me jump ahaha. Yeah, when you're in a silent space and you suddenly become aware of the ringing, it's like someone turned up thr volume knob in your head making the silence deafening. Hence the reason why I have a clock in my room with loud ticking noises (well, actually two, one more subtle than the other). Helps me focus on that and lulls you to sleep. I'd recommend getting one mainly for the benefits but also cause it also tells you the time during waking hours lol

The tinnitus can also be broken/beeping which coincidentally sounds like wifi. Once in a while I am awoken at night from it being particularly bad and this only happens when my window is open. I know this sounds completely insane. My ear canals are literally shaped downward, which is unusual, so who knows.

I was never going to hear true silence ever again. I've had a hearing test and apparently my hearing is really good but I just have the "sound 4" in my right ear constantly (much quieter than in the video). Doctors couldn't help at all, they could only tell me that I would adjust, which I did eventually. When you are doing your daily routine its not normally noticeable until there is a silence or you listen for the ringing. I also find that it gets louder when I catch a cold or my sinuses flare up.

    My tinnitus is a combination of sound 1(right ear) and sound 3 (left ear). I've had it since about 2003 and it's most noticeable when it's completely quiet around me. Therefore I try to occupy myself with things that have distracting noises (music, sounds from the street etc) in my everyday life to cope with it.

    Mine varies between 1,3 and 4. I’ve had this since 2006 or 2007, can’t remember exactly when. I have gotten used to it like part of my life. However today, it was so loud that I was awaken from my sleep because of it.
