      Verkligen! 😁 kombinationen av färgen är lite annorlunda men det ska nog få lite abborre utan tvekan 😛

    You should look into Uv Resin to clear coat your lures. I really like using Alumilite UV with 365 nano meter fingernail curing lamps instead of epoxy, or spray on clear coat.

      That is absolutely a great solution! I started using UV resin because of this problem and so far i am liking the quality and results 😁

    What a magnificent effect. Wow. The best part is any beginner lure maker/painter can do it!
    Stay warm! We are starting to come down off a heat wave in San Diego and running A/C becomes expensive. I did the conversion and my rate equals 4.087,00kr per Mwh.

      Indeed! This is something anyone can do!
      Dam mate! I hope it cools down a little there soon then! 🤞keep cool and hydrated 👊

    Hi Stranger, I know where you're coming from with the heating situation.
    I use a PVA to get my Crackle Method, it looks like a volcano and the Black earth is cracking up with the orange/yellow magma showing through the cracks. I'm loving the fluorescent pink and green.
    Great to see you again my friend, take care.

    You should move to America.. 😁 but seriously..you make great lures. I can't wait to try this.. I got folk art crackle.. not sure if it's water based though.

    • @lureblanks
      @lureblanks  Год назад

      Haha we looked into it actually, but decided to stay in Sweden. We are going to move more north in the end of December and bought a small farm there, hope to do a little homesteading and become less reliant on those electricity companies.
      It should be mentioned on the bottle somewhere or else put some and your paintbrush and see if it dilutes directly with water. If it does then you should be good to go 👌

    Boa noite amigo. Exelente trabalho. Linda isca. Tenho uma dúvida, essas tintas que vc usa a rosa e verde são tintas comuns acrílicas a base de água ?
    A ordem é essa : prime, tinta rosa, tinta craqueladora, depois o verde ?

    • @lureblanks
      @lureblanks  Год назад

      Hi there! Thank you for the compliment! Yes that is correct :D these acrylic waterbased paints from createx.
      The order is indeed correct, only make sure that the last paint you use onto the crackle medium is an opaque paint. So that it will cover the other color good enough ;)

    Hello from Canada. I have a question about the white base that you put on before painting. Is it a primer, or just water based paint?
    Great video by the way! I watch all the time. Hope things get better for you there. Thanks again, 🎣👍🏻🇨🇦

    • @lureblanks
      @lureblanks  Год назад +1

      Thanks Dave! I used createx wicked white combined with a drop of 4050 and 4011. That makes the paint as good as any primer and quite durable 👌 but ofcourse any primer would do the trick. As long as it addheres well and dries to a strong base for the other paints to rely on 👌thanks again and happy painting!

    Great video!
    If you can airbrush this crackle medium, have you tried spraying over scales so that only the scales have a crackle effect?
    Or, could you add crackle plus color and spray this at the same time?

    • @lureblanks
      @lureblanks  Год назад +1

      Thank you Mark! 🙏That would be a nice idea! Definitely going to give that! 👊
      Mixing paint with the crackle medium unfortunately does not work, i have tried it to create a black base so I could paint a colorshift over that but the it wont crackle anymore once paint is mixed into it. Great thinking though!
