I like it. Who’s to say a fish bleeds out picture perfect in the wild. I say do another one with some of the ideas you held back on. Thanks for sharing.
The side with a slight better control I think looked better. But the concept was excellent. And if you did do another one I'll have to look for that video
I am getting ready to go down the Rabbit hole of painting baits. I already tie my own flies and build Rods, and I have recently Retired from the Navy and I need more hobbies
I think it looks great , i have some blood effect paint from green stuff world which would look good too . Mybe bigger spatter too but hey looks awesome . I love your work
Maybe next time try and empty out your airbrush and lower the air pressure and use the airbrush to blow and manipulate the blood running down the body. And curve the bait on the side you are working on to close the joint gaps to keep them from running between. Awesome bait though! Looks dope!
Woooooooooah Bloody Hell that looks fantastic. I have the same sort of lures but a smaller version with the Kevlar cloth joint's, how do you topcoat your lures? Your bloody lures look really realistic I'm impressed to say the least. BIG THUMBS UP ALL DAY LONG 👍😷👍🏴
G'day, I noticed you use the master airbrush. I just wanted to know which model it was, or if you use different models for different purposes. thanks heaps, and keep up the great work. Alex,
Great job Man! What size needle you use with the pearl colors? I just started and I'm having a hard time painting and/or reducing the pearls. I'm was using a 3.0 needle bur I changed to a 5.0 and it got a little better.
I've always wanted to paint lures, and because of your videos I finally pulled the trigger and bought everything I needed to do it. So far I'm loving it, but I'm having this problem with the alumilite uv clear coat getting these tiny little dimples in it when it's cured. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
That Clear Coat really made the blood pop off. That thing is super sick. I may have to try something similar. Thank you, sir, for the videos.

The clear coat really brought that red out that really looks sharp

Swimbait looks super awesome like that if I was a fish I would eat it another awesome video you should do a glide bait next
Messy awesome technique! Never tried playing like that blood red. Definitely have to give it a go. That bait looks really cool!
Thank you! Definitely a mess but it was fun 😆
I'm going to try this
Love this

Painting baits is super fun. So many options and quick to crank out a bunch as well. Need to paint one to match one of your rods!
I like thats pretty cool. Would love to see a better look at the flag lure you had hanging up.
Great video! Awesome job on it too!

G'day,

thanks heaps, and keep up the great work.
Alex,
We're do you get that thing that hold the lure while you paint?
Barlows Tackle has them! Harbor Freight does as well. They are called helping hands 🤙

wanna know where to buy that type of stencil?

It's probably air bubbles. You need to put it in vacuum chamber. Or maybe try to heat it up with heat gun after you put it on. Hope it works.
Cool
What airbrush are you using?
Iwata neo 👍
Maybe next time pack the joints with play do
Good idea!
Too much red..just the gills and mouth is enough.
Great idea with he blood red. I’ll send you a pic on Instagram of the one I just did in a similar way.🤙🤙🤙
