    Hey man, my flexibility sucks so I can't do that last exercise you did crossing the legs and going up and down 20 times. How do I improve?

  • @nickbear3
    @nickbear3 6 лет назад

    Been doing this, it's slow but it works. Realistically gotta do it for at least 6 months to notice a difference.

    • @PieChienTeddie
      @PieChienTeddie  6 лет назад

    Do you simply just stop as far as you can reach for stretching or do you go further than your comfort zone? For instance, when stretching your hamstring, would it be advised to just reach until you can't anymore or would it be better to go further, but it's uncomfortable/hurts?

      Timothy Kim I personally do the second thing you said.. As much as i don't like it i have to keep where it really hurts to actually become flexible!

    • @PieChienTeddie
      @PieChienTeddie  9 лет назад +2
