one of the most thorough, informative and entertaining instructional videos for breakin' i have ever seen. thank you so much. the knowledge is invaluable and inspiring.
Hey man, very great video, it enlightened me on both similarities and differences. I was hoping to know if you'd ever do a video about mobility drills that you use and helped you better your breaking. Respect!
Hassan Mohamed Hey man, I hope you are well! I've just posted that Mobility Drills video you requested, these are the drills I use, especially the last section & the 'Neck Roll' Drill, helped me massively! Let me know if this is helpful or not, I'll happily make another vid! Peace! ruclips.net/video/hkq0TjBB3Zc/видео.html
Great video! Mobility is definitely something I've been wanting to improve, but I haven't come across anything that made sense to me until now! Thanks!!
HI Zeljo, thanks so much for your questions. Here's my best advice. Use mobility and dynamic stretches when warming for training breaking and you a mix of mobility and static/passive stretches and the end of the training to increase your base level of flexibility.
piet verelst Hope you're good! I've just made a Mobility Drills video as requested. I don't go into them in as much detail as the last but I hope this helps, ask me for any other kind of video you want made or if you want more details on the drills ;) ruclips.net/video/hkq0TjBB3Zc/видео.html
+AJ-47 Soul Mavericks thank you very much! Although I have been bboying for a year and a half now, your video's have taught me so many new things. Keep making video's and thanks again!

I am rly interested in breaking but i was never able to understand where to start from. I've been doing resistance training for the past year and i have gotten stronger but i just cant achieve anything as regards breaking. Where do i start from? Any videos?
Hi! I liked this video, but could you be so kind and explain to me when to do flexibility exercises and mobility exercises, is it before breaking, after breaking, both, i would realy apreciete it, becuse i didn´t get it when you explaine it in the video.
Use both "mobility" and "dynamic stretches" & "PNF Stretches" on your own or with a partner to really open up the body and prime it BEFORE training. You can use a mix of Mobility & Passive stretches to increase your base level of flexibility AFTER training. Hope this helps. Hit me up on Instagram DM's for faster responses should you have any further questions.
After bro, but you can do them previously if your muscles are tight but just bare in mind that the muscles you've stretched may take around 30 mins for their full power and strength to return. Always make sure you are warm first tho! 🔥
I highly recommend dynamic stretches as warm up and thru out your training, while static stretches at the end to improve the "length" and relax the muscles to improve recovery
AJ47 u the real mvp, i started breakin 6 months ago after seeing two of my homies dancing And I got in and got crazy. since then i was looking a lot for tutorials about using your body efficiently and trust me i ve searched a lot on the internet but your videos are clearly the most accurate and informative, You are very practical and Smart about movements and how to use your body efficiently. thanks for your vids, helped me a lot, btw id totally appreciate if you would check out my last video and leave a feedback.
