    I'm a late-season dancer, doing it purely for the joy these days, but I really appreciate how well-structured the concepts are behind your training methods. Still plenty for me to learn from. Thanks for sharing.

    It has helped me organize myself as if it were a project delivery. You have your criteria and the bases and conditions of the institution. In this case your criterion is your dance and the bases and conditions the judge.

    I am 43. Started when I was 15. .
    Never had crazy skills. Just lots on passion. Having fun. Enjoying the music and dancing.
    I am more inspired then ever the structure my training, set goals, practice, increase vocabulary, increase, improve, do warm up, do cool down, practice both ways. .
    I am so grateful man.

      Just passing on some consciousness. .That he just DID! .and he mentioned that we " could/ should or might " take notes. I have to watch this again. Put pause. Read. Write. Listen with attention. .❤❤

    i have one ideia for training and remember my stuff in competitions .. create 10 rounds with all my transitions, combos, footworks... and do this same rounds at the final of every practice sessions ..
    Im biulding stimina, soo right now i cant do 10 rounds, but almost dying i can do 5 haha

    I do 20-30 min of top rocks to footworks then move on to powermoves for 20-30 min. I find the top rocks and footworks get me sweating and work as a good warm up for powermove training. Then as cool down I do push ups. I also do specific stretching in between powermove attempts. Coach Sambo how do you set up your training? Is what I'm doing reasonable? Thx
