For flare just try to be flexible cause it really helpful & also always be tight when you doing flare. There are really no specific work out for flare because if you keep practising flare, you will build up the strength as time goes.
MrZyper KZ For the strengh training itself you dont need it but as a bboy flexibility is really important in a lot of moves because you take your momentum out of it keeping your legs 90 while being in a chair position for example

@@mochi_4726 Freezes like handstand, elbow freeze, etc, freezes where you have to be straight and using only your arms/hands

keep practicing. It takes a lot of strenght ofc. But do it as far as you can, you maximum and repetitions. You'll improve ;p
