This is great! I've had wrist pain for some time and had to stop bboying because of that. I don't have rings around but I think I'll give this training a shot with the bar. It's really getting my hopes up! :)

Difficult to diagnose via a comment. What you are experiencing is NOT NORMAL and I wouldnt recommend you Breakdance until you get it sorted it out. In general if you feel pain, you stop. Pain means something is wrong.

Skin the cat is good, I am putting together a shoulder routine but its more complicated.

i think its just because im very skinny so my bones press on the floor. cus i have no pain sitting on my butt.
If I don't have access to those rings any alternatives?
