    Oh my god man, I've had wrist pain for months. I did like 2 sessions of false grip holds the last days and my wrist all of a sudden locks in the right place when placing my hand, pain free. Thanks SO MUCH for the video.

    This is great! I've had wrist pain for some time and had to stop bboying because of that. I don't have rings around but I think I'll give this training a shot with the bar. It's really getting my hopes up! :)

    Awesome! What about shoulders? I'm thinking I need some type of band resistance rotation work and dynamic stretch type stuff before heavy weight bearing. Maybe some skin the cat?

      Skin the cat is good, I am putting together a shoulder routine but its more complicated.

    Can we use gymnastic rings made of rubber, instead of wooden ones, to minimize the pain when doing this kind of exercise?

    i cant lay down on a flat floor, i get immense pain on my bones like hips and back, what do i do

      Difficult to diagnose via a comment. What you are experiencing is NOT NORMAL and I wouldnt recommend you Breakdance until you get it sorted it out. In general if you feel pain, you stop. Pain means something is wrong.

      i think its just because im very skinny so my bones press on the floor. cus i have no pain sitting on my butt.

      False grip on a bar, weights or wrist pushups

      Appreciate it! Had a wrist injury recently and now my left wrist is stronger than my right lol
