Thanks for making this video! I have some back problems and stretching helps out a lot and this showed me the right way to stretch the problem areas I have.
@yosep801 Well you could do it, but it will not really help you out as much as it would if you are warm. Try to warm up as much as possible because it really helps if your blood is flowing. Sometimes if I dont have time to warm up I just jump up and down a little bit and then stretch.

@Kazuo1234 make sure your body is warm. Top rock for a good 10 min and then stretch. you should be sweating and breathing hard. This will help you relax.

hahah calm down homie. Pretty much regular stretching will slowly make you more flexible. Just make sure you do it every day. Also make sure your body is warm so if anything try to run around or top rock to get your blood flowing.

I was looking into stretching a lot and doing research and dynamic stretching is preferred over static. I think this is static stretching right? Do you think I should keep doing these stretches or are there alternative dynamic stretches I could do that you know of? Thanks for posting all these videos by the way, it's helped me a lot XD

do a few minutes at least lets say 3-5 minutes each stretch every day and you'll see improvement over time. for some people it doesnt work and need to stretch longer. best method ive only heard about is doing for at least 10 minutes for each stretch and taking short breaks in between them.

i can stretch my left leg all the way with no problem, but my right leg isin't that flexible. I can stretch up to where i reach my foot but not all the way where my head touches my knee and whenever i try my upper leg starts hurting, I'm scared of getting hurt because i'm a tennis player, but i also dance and i've been working on my splits and my right leg prevents me from completing it.Should i just ignore the pain and stretch my leg all the way? Is the pain good or bad?

It means your hamstrings are tight. Do the stretches he showed us and do one whole stretch for a at least 4 min straight. I'm not naturally flexible but I stretched for 3 days and 4 min each stretch I was able to touch my toes with ease.

I did breakdance for 1 year when I was 12/13. But now Im almost 18 and trying to pick it up this tutorial helps me a lot. Cause I grew at least 30cm and constantly have kramps when I do an old trick. Do you have some advice for me and my stiff body ^^ ?
I Can Reach My Right Foot I Also Can Reach My Left Foot But They Are Un Even I Can Go All The Way Down On My Right Foot Without Much Pain But Can't On My Left.Hehe Time To Train On My Left footie!^^

@iPeterrrwah Hmmm basically try to exercise the muscles around your knees and stretch those muscles too. working out your calf works wonders

actually, with that stretch you have to make sure your front knee does not go past your toe. or else you kill your knee
