Richard Tatti. There is nothing to add.
Simple, clear and structured. Both your photographs, your videos and process. You know how much I admire your work and this video takes the biscuit. Thanks as usual.

@@nightscapeimages.richard Well we have something in common, I live far from ocean too. Unfortunately every time when go on holiday with family to Philippines, time is so limited and have almost no chance to enjoy on beach. Last time i had one night only, I was so ready for astrophotography, but Murphy's law stroke again and brought clouds and rain. I carried my Manfrotto 055 tripod just for that occasion and it was useless. Maybe next time I'll have better luck.

With out a doubt this is the best method of producing these kind of nightscape images, myself and my wife Wendy have learnt everything from Richard's processing and work flow and its simply fantastic. It's quite complex to get the light painting right and the technique used to achieve it, it's simply like being in a lighting studio with soft boxes and different angled light's.. Its exciting.. Thank you immensely Richard for your tuition and kindness in showing your work flow. Its truly amazing.. 👍

Very good video Richard. The editing process is not repetitive, because each image is different and they are different illuminations. I would like you to show in a video the moment to illuminate, because the method of a landscape to a house or an object is different.

Just watching older videos and would you have believed back then that you only had to stop down and not refocus, let alone what your processes are now with tracking. I was glad i found out about stopping down pretty early on which was around July of 2019 when I got my Canon, but it was only through refocused shots that were also stopped down not aligning properly that made me look into why and boy as you know it's so much easier to not need to refocus.
