@@6rezi805 No, its a pain that comes out of the blue. It only lasts about 2 to 3 days. I think it has something to do with my posture.
I think the point is that it’s caused by something even if you didn’t realize it was the cause. Mine started hurting awful bad what seemed out of the blue, then i remembered I did fall on my ass because of slipping on some ice, what’s odd is it was like a week or 2 before I really noticed the pain getting in the way of my life

I've been dealing with pelvic pain for over 20 years. I've had surgery and internal pelvic floor PT. It worked but years later I am in so much pain again.

I have a lot of hypertonic pelvis floor issues. I’ve had two anal fissures, one healed and a recent one that came back that is almost healed. but has left me with pelvis floor and tailbone pain. My tailbone hurts a lot, especially when I sit too much or slouch in bed. Bending over is the worst! But worst of all is STRESS! Thank you for these videos!
I have been diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction by both my colorectal doc and a really good pelvic floor physical therapist who confirmed his diagnosis. She is helping me a lot and a lot of my pain is getting better, but some pain, especially tailbone pain, is still bothering me and lingering. Especially when I sit for too long. Thank you for this video, it made me feel less anxious! Is tailbone pain a common symptom of pelvic floor dysfunction? Tailblobe pain is quite literally a pain in the butt! These videos are so helpful! Thank you!

I fell down between 60 to 70 times on my first time roller skating & I landed on my tailbone most of the time.
Now it hurts when ever I lay down on a hard floor
What if I haven’t had any injury at all?
Could it be caused by like doing specific sports? Because I do gymnastics and cheer and I don’t wanna give up either but I also don’t wanna be in pain every time I sit up from laying on my back
There doesn't always need to be an injury. This can come on with just postural changes. I have included our online program and the free 40 min presentation can explain some of the causes as to why this can happen:

Tender to touch, pain during sitting to standing, walking, and I'd have to bend my body forward most of the time to avoid, I also occasionally feel feverish. My main suspect so far is pilonidal cyst infection, initially I excluded it since I have no pus or abscess leaking, and it looks more like a bruise swelling instead of air or water filled sac. But it makes the most sense. How about you? Have you considered pilonidal cyst to be the problem? And do you have swellings as well?

Unfortunately we can’t satisfy everyone and our intention is to educate and provide knowledge on a subject that many health professionals and MD’s don’t even understand. I am sorry that you feel as though everything should be free. You have to realize the sheer number of years and self education that goes into truly understanding and helping others. We have tried to create programs that are affordable and at the end will save you all the time and money that goes into just getting the right help. Many have expressed they have spent thousands of dollars, high emotional toll and lost time in understanding of what is going on. If we can help just a handful of people (which we do all the time) with our content then we have already made a difference. We hope you find what you are looking for and please do not leave negative comments as it disempowers others.

Sitting too much can cause this as well
I fell on my tailbone Dec 2022. I believe it was fractured. Had lots of pain. Then in march 2023, i was at PT, a d they had me lay prone with a pillow supporting my hips, lift my legs behind me, and with legs stuck together, wag them side to side like a pendulum.... The exercise is similar to a reverse glute leg lift. I felt tons of pressure in my tailbone area and a grinding sensation....that same day, my pelvic floor went into seize mode.....i felt nerve pain shooting all over my body, followed by spasms in the anus and vagina and extreme pressure in the anus...i couldn't pee for over 20 hours. My adductors tightened badly,....i had charlie horse after charlie horse.....Then bartholin's cysts formed. Fast forward, oct 2023, i dont sit...i stand sll the time now or side sit...i now have pain that resembles Pudental neuralgia, piriformis, levator ani syndrome, obturator dysfunction, sacral plexus dysfunction,...i just had a second case of bartholin's cysts and peed over 20 times yesterday....my pelvic floor is crazy tight. My bladder spasms like crazy. Like it goes into convulsions....im doing internal PT, but im afraid its so bad its permanent...what did that PT exercise do to my coccyx? Wag it lateral? Why would that cause things to ge haywire? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't say this was the most helpful video, because it seems to default to lead generation.
For me, I remember the day it started a couple weeks ago, but I wasn't doing anything that would be considered one of the typical ways that aligns with tailbone pain happening; no pregnancy, no falling/injury, didn't have anything specific surrounding my butt or tailbone area. I bent down to pick something up one afternoon & felt a little pinch sensation, but it didn't actually become an issue until a little later, where it developed into more & I was completely thrown off! Walking up stairs is uncomfortable. As well as sitting & standing. I can't carry anything too heavy, or be walking around for too long. If I'm out running errands, it feel like the weight of the world is lifted off my shoulders (& my tailbone) when I get back into my car & sit down. I ice it with an ice roller ball/massager & do other massage techniques with my hands, daily. Its just the weirdest sort of pain I've ever had, because there's nothing thats happened that would be an obvious, "oh thats why" reasoning...
We are sorry you didn't get what you needed out of this video. I am so sorry you are going through this pain. We hope you find what you are looking for.
@@RebalancePhysicalTherapy this is not a very helpful answer either :) but I get it you are trying to get an appt out of this. If I did telemedicine appt with you and live in Chicago would you be able to order appropriate MRI or ultrasound or testing if needed ?
i think i got it because of sitting on marble floor with a heavy weight
How long did you pain last?
@@6rezi805 well it was pretty quick but it got me a pilonidal cyst there
@@Vasuuuuuuuulineeeeee oh wow what did you do about it and how did you find ojt
@@6rezi805 well i should get a surgery but i dont want it so i just clean it everyday
Not helpful....blah, blah, blah. Some tips would be nice but your only promoting your business
Hi Barbara,
It is not as simple as giving tips to solve someone's issue. For many having a solid understanding of what has been going on, a history, past medical conditions ect are key elements to helping someone. Giving people cookie cutter treatments can cause further problems and this is not our philosophy.
Turn on captions lmao "Hey guys a penis shaft here" 🤣😂😂
Well...I kinda know why mine hurts...cuz I slouch all the time
Well that would definitely contribute to it!
yeah i was playing football and i didnt wanna fail for this catch so landed on my assbone and pretty much broke my ass it hurts to shit bru
it’s more than likely a fracture if you fell on your ass
i just did this broooo last day of school i mossed a kid and fell 😔
Literally a pain in the butt 🤣 not sure why that's so funny to me
Too much maybes on cause of pain but almost zero on relief
Iv had this tailbone pain and have had this for the last three years
Dude get it checked
Freenahmed I have they given me steroid injection twice only last three months and you can only have it twice a year!
ITS AN AD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No it’s an informative video so that people can find help with a situation that many do not know how to treat. Yes we have placed our program in there as we get many emails for help after these videos. This makes it much easier for those looking for solid help.
All talk talk talk and nothing practical!!
You might be good at what you do with the patient but you Suck at practicality!!!
Just lost another half hour watching your video in the link. Even in the last 7 min of that LOOOONG video at solutions you keep it theoretical.
Conclusion: you SUCK! Let others do the teaching.
Hope you are better at your practice.
I’m not the first one to tell you this.
When countless people TELL YOU THE SAME THING - For God’s sake - try to do one of these two:
Either improve (= change) your presentations
Or give up the videos (they SUCK) and limit it to your practice setting. Horrible.
