Thank you for such a detailed cleaning video guide. I was wondering if you know what's causing the brush bar to get stuck and how to fix it... I can't pull it out even though im pulling much harder than how you did it in your video. I tried cutting off and remove as much hair as i could on the laser side but still cant pull the bar out

hmm. I don't know for sure but I will guess that too much hair has gotten around the inner bearing and the plastic parts have melted and fused together. Did you ever smell a burning smell while vacuuming?

What is the name of the tool you used for cutting th hair out of the corner side of the barrel where the prong doesnot detach? It looked like a curved blade withthe blue handle. Also thanks for your video, great stuff!

It’s a seem ripper. It has since broke. But a normal seem ripper works just as well.

Hey! Thanks for this video, was wondering if you might know to to detach the top connector piece for this roller head?
I have a replacement blue hose for my current hose.
I have the correct screw driver and removed the Teo screws deep inside the connector head. However I can seem to full detect that piece to cleaning remove and replace the blue hose of this same detect roller head.
    Thanks!

I don’t know actually. I don’t have one in front of me right now so I’d have to wait till another one comes in to see how to do it.

Would being dirty stop the laser from working?

Hi, how to replace damaged blue velvet suction hose ? I saw some spare parts on china sites, but can not find the part number anywhere. Maybe it is not officially available ?
I am also unable to remove the red button. There is a screw below. I was able to unscrew it, but I am damaging srew because of bad angle and scratching the button.

I have never seen one of those hoses break before. What happened to yours? I don’t believe those parts are available. Most likely you’ll need to order a new head.

I do not know how it could happen. There are some scratches and one side has a hole. It is still usable in straight position.
It is quite expensive part. I will try to contact support for more information.
