People are unaware most of the time, but human babies are also born to seek millk. Usually babies are swooped up and cleaned up, etc before you get them. But if placed with you they will turn their head to seek to nurse. If you nurse you will feel the "let down" of your milk for the baby. Mothers who nurse can also have a let down of milk in a store or public place when a new baby cries in proximity near you.

This is not a first time mother, the infant clings to its mother as the amniotic fluid drains from its head. It will not smell milk for at least an hour after its born, the mother takes her time to eat the placenta she is tired and needs her rest too. She will clean it eat the afterbirth leaving the cord to dry for later when she is ready.
What else is she supposed to do?
I love Merri's bucktooth smile. She is so pretty and cute and of course her baby is super adorable.

@@lauremurkuns7059 To tell you the truth so do I. The poor mother has no choice in anything in her life and I think that is terrible. She should have some options in her life. I really do feel bad for them. I really wish that their lives were so much better than what it is.
The problem is that food is way to plentiful. With the tourists, feeders and VOs constantly feeding them they don’t suffer. If they were real wild monkeys they would spend 16 hours a day foraging. So they would barely make enough calories to produce milk and support themselves. Since the junk their given produces access fat their body’s trick their brains to go into estrous every year. So instead of reproducing every 2-3 years, it’s every year. Even the lowest ranking in the troop is now every year or two. With the low ranking they would be lucky if a baby survives the first couple years due to malnutrition,now it’s not a problem.
@@alyn6653 exactly! That is why these vermin are overpopulated and out of control. That's the way nature intends for all wild animals, in their natural habitat they have to work to survive, but some don't that's the way the population is kept at acceptable levels. Now with being fed all day everyday, they've become lazy and dependent. So they refuse to return to their own habitat because it's easier to sit on their butts and just eat. Now there is a serious problem with this many running around, at some point they will have to be culled. That is now the only way to reduce the population and get it under control. Then they need to implement a sterilization program for the remainders, both male and females. These animals have caused so much destruction for the people who live there, it's really horrible what has happened and the loss of revenue and property damage that these vermin have inflicted.

Огромное спасибо Галина, что даете такие коментарии, иногда смотришь смотришь и ничего не ясно...Есть еще одна парочка про которую не могу найти информации, може Вы знает сын Альберт, а маму как зовут выпалр из головы.... У нее отсутствуют пальцы еа одной руке, она была эталоном матери, даже по людским меркам. Интересно очень узнать, что с ними стало

Merry had a very hard time with that birth. You can see how shocked out she is. It wasn't but an hour or two later when whe was fully taken advantage of by one of the big males. She limped away. I don't think I will ever forgetting that. It took her weeks to recover. The ladies in the troope pampered her and nobody messed with the baby. Merry was a good mother. The taught her baby girl everything she could in the time she had with her, and Maci was an excellent student. It's a good thing because she was only 6 or 9 months ols...still a nursling..when when the small troupe was rounded up for extinction. Maci had to survive on her own. Maria did give her a measure of protection, but not a lot.

Yeah..and the size of baby is deceiving in these videos too...which makes me wonder how long a person can keep one before it gets too big ?
@@catface3473 not very long. According to everything I have studied, as soon as they start puberty all hell breaks loose with these animals. None of them can be potty trained nor housebroken, completely, some take to the training for up to a year but after that it's hit and miss, literally. But once puberty starts its game over, they start getting the hormones and become very defiant, demanding, violent and rebellious. That's the point that owners will either confine them to cages or get rid of them, mostly just dumping them in an area where other monkeys frequent. It doesn't take long for these things to become dangerous, yes, even as adults they are not very big, but the most dangerous part about these animals are the transmittable diseases they carry. Some of them can, and many times are, deadly to humans. These diseases can be transmitted via feces, saliva, blood and urine. So, anyone who is changing diapers on one of these things is playing Russian roulette with their lives. One disease in particular, that I read up on, is a virus that attacks the brain, encephalitis is what occurs, it can be treated but most discovered it too late. I think it comes from the Herpes B that these animals carry.

I've seen some moms with huge patches of fur just gone, these things have toenails like Eagles talons, they dig into moms skin as well, and God forbid if they throw a tantrum while hanging on, then they just did deeper into the skin. Yet people wonder why moms do what they do while weaning. Hell I'd be biting or breaking some toes on those demons!! 😂😂😂
@cat face Yeah this species seems to be mid way between the pig tail and rhesus when it comes to temperament so people ditch them sooner than pig tails. All macaques make terrible pets but the pig tails are the least terrible of the 3 common species we see the most videos of. The other 2 are bred for biomedical research.
Human newborns are the same way. They can support their own body weight if you let them grasp your fingers and let them hang. They're born with the same grasping instinct as these babies. Human babies lose it like a month or 2 after birth. You should see what happens when a newborn babies gets a fistful of their own hair. It's practically impossible to get them to open their first to get their hair out of their little hand. They'll be crying in pain from pulling their own hair but they can't let go. There's actually videos of babies doing this on RUclips. It's so sad to see them in pain but it's crazy how tightly they can grasp.

Remember Maci trying to protect Daniela and she kept looking for her after she was killed. As joyous as some of the videos are, most are heartbreaking. And its humans that kept feeding daniela that got her killed. And why they killed Merry is so sad. I pray everyday God will stop them from filming and interfering in their lives.

You do realize that baby clinging to mom's fur doesn't hurt the mother at all. Her body was designed for giving birth and caring for her young. Her fur is the way it is in order to support a baby clinging from her. All female animal and human bodies are designed for having babies. Nothing the babies do is gonna hurt the mothers.

Share her joy? I get the impression it's more an exhausted, hungry old mother who is unable to defend herself or her baby telling the kids to back up away from the baby, and all food that comes that way, rthat's hers, and reminding them they have two jobs to do. First, I'm beat, don't stop grooming. Second, do what I tell you, stay alert, and protect this baby at all costs. At the end of the day, mom's job is baby and kids' job is mom. If they get it mixed up mom gave them a gentle reminder that she can bounce them right out of this world.

She's one of the most beautiful mother's I've ever seen. Her baby is so very beautiful. Btw, it's the very first time I have ever seen a buck tooth monkey. She's not really intrested in feeding the infant, she's so very tired. Giving birth takes alot out of a mother, she's in need of food & water.

I feel very badly for the mothers who have children. I basically think that their lives are ruined. They get no peace whatsoever and the baby is constantly aggravating wanting something from her. She gets no acculations at all and I don't like that. She deserves a better life than what she gets
This is what they live for and love. It's a female monkies purpose. There is great satisfaction in that and I think mom looks very happy and content, except tired. Her and baby have been through a lot together giving birth.
They probably suffer more, they don't get no kind of medical treatments to calm the pain,poor moms and then to put up with brats like sherry, janet,Janna dito,disorder, how many more,bless their hearts.

A macaca mãe já está velha e sem forças não tirou a placenta não cortou o umbigo do bebê, a mãe não está bem está sem forças, e não consegue posicionar o bebê pra alimentar e o bebê está lutando agarrando a mãe pra não cair, normalmente as macacas comem a placenta limpam o bebê, mas ela não está conseguindo nem andar, algumas rejeitam o bebê e até matam, mas essa mãe é paciente ela deve estar doente precisa de se alimentar, e ficam filmando e não ajudam não Alimentam é triste esse mundo dos macacos nesse lugar, estão em lugar o de não há alimentos pra eles mais, eles invadem as cidades a procura de alimentos
