My hair stopped falling after I did a few things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I washed my hair 1-2 times a week with liitlleextraa cocconion shampoo.
For those who are asking: 1) You don’t have to add mint, rosemary/water alone will work. 2) Make small batch for 1week at a time. Keep it in a dark glass. I put mines in an old whiskey bottle (pint). 3) Spray on scalp, then massage or don’t massage, it’s up to you depending on your hair style. 4) Leave in, don’t rinse, again don’t rinse!! 5) Wash hair once a week. 6) Most importantly… a little goes a long way!! Bonus tip: No need to add any carrier oil, just use the water (distilled/purified). Again less is best for your scalp. Carrier oil is only to be used on your hair shaft. This mixture is mainly for your scalp, so other oils is unnecessary ( very important). We tend to go overboard with adding extra to our scalp. As long as our scalp is clean and washed weekly, we really don’t need extra oil on it. Oils are perfect for our hair shafts. Also if you struggle with eczema or dandruff or any other scalp issues, try sarsaparilla pills/tea root. It cleanses the liver which will change your scalps life. (Research it)

Quick question, can you just use the already bottled rosemary they sell at health stores? I know it's more expensive, but it may be easier to work with.
I'm hearing the nutrients in the water has a shelf life which is why it's recommended to keep in the fridge. I guess if you have money but don't have an abundant supply of rosemary it is better than nothing, but rosemary is one of the easiest things to grow and making the water doesn't take much effort, it's literally just throw in a bunch of rosemary into a litre or so of water, boil for 15-20 mins, turn off and leave until room temperature (and the colour has changed). I just use a 1.5L bottle of water, and then when the rosemary water is complete and room temperature again, I just transfer it back into the bottle and stick it in the fridge.
After watching your previous videos and videos after this one was made, your hair was always waist length, except for this one...were you using extension on the other videos or was this the length of your hair before you start growing it and you just uploaded it years after the growth?
If it's not an allergy...either it's making your scalp dry, or you have hard water and the minerals and build up left behind is irritating your scalp. Use distilled water.
I use rosemary water on my hair every single day pretty much (without the mint), but today I saw another video that said to not use rosemary water on dry hair... Can anyone speak more truth (or debunk) on this matter? Is there any reason/concern as to why I should not put it on dry hair? I wash my hair maybe once a week, so majority of the time when I am putting RW on my head, it is not wet.
Girl, it's FINE. It's a plant. They're overcomplicating things. However it gets on your scalp is gonna be ok. Use your normal haircare in combination with it and everything is gonna be ok. Nothing's gonna "dry out" ffs.

@@umrilifenChrist Obviously you didn’t read the details of what I wrote, low heat for less time, or using a double boiler is more beneficial, not as shown in the video….. and yes steam the herbs if possible. Better off using pure essential oils, assured quality.
@@DD-OO the only thing that’s “obvious” is that you just edited your initial comment & then drafted this snarky reply to me. That’s quite pathetic. This girl posted this video to be helpful & I posted my response to be helpful, but you’re obviously only here for the wrong reasons & that is so sad that we have to put up with people who feel the need to carry on this way.
@@umrilifenChrist maybe you need to check yourself. If there was an edit it was for spelling not to change the “facts” in my favor. I’m well aware of holistic methods, as that is my field. Horrible is someone like you that has to read way to far into something in a negative way and attack what doesn’t agree with you. Though the person who created the video meant well and it may have worked for them, others may have a better method. Do your research. You are now ghosted 👻 ✌🏼
@@DD-OO girl bye. You changed your comment. You know you did. I had grammatical errors on my post but there’s no need to edit. You just want to appear to be something you’re not on the internet. I think the person who needs to check themselves and their behavior is you. You don’t get on here to make statements to be edifying & it shows. & look at how you’re not even trying to be honest about what you did even when you got called out. Smh. I hope you find the healing & couth you need so that you don’t feel the need to act like this & also maybe you’ll handle yourself & others in higher esteem and with tact.

Hello wonderful video!! I will try this!! , just want to know do you store the mixture in the fridge or do you leave it out at room temperature??
you are so much beautiful without the make up, and much more younger ☺
Your skin is amazing😍
Definitely want to try this!

Ooh I’ve been thinking of new things I might want to try for my hair lately!
Definitely try it. Its so easy to make
@@realashleyrogers what exactly bottle spray are you holding or using is called what, in case I'm bouta to go for kinds of bottle sprayer
You can also add some aloe juice
I mix rosemary water with olive oil and coconut oil
Thanks for this my hair broke off very bad more than 2 inches going to try this
Be careful with mint oil! I brewed rosemary tea and added mint oil and it kinda made my scalp burn!
Yes be careful minty herbal steams open up the pores of the scalp so to cool the water of the oil is better
Agreed, a little bit of mint goes a looooooong way. Too much will burn.
i really want to try this, thank you!
I hv relaxed hair and I'm gonna try this out for two months
Thank you very much, you saved my hair and money 🙏
What had better results rosemary water or the oil?
Both! I massage the rosemary water into my scalp 2x a day and I put rosemary oil in the ends of my hair once a day and my hair has grown so much! Your hair care also plays a big role into hair growth. I use paraben free, sulfate free, silicone free, etc. Shampoo and conditioner but I only wash my hair once a week. And I frequently get hair trims and this has helped so much :)
@alo178 Hi! Did you add a sweet, fragrant essential oil with the rosemary oil like lavender, lemongrass, etc? I want to use the oil often but it is super strong. It gives me such a headache though I know the results are wonderful! 😊
I’m definitely going to try this!!! Your hair is gorgeous to begin with 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
I’ll post my results on my other channel 😊
SN: what do you use for music!!! 🔥🔥
Me too! This appeals to me MUCH more than rice water, because I know it's not as drying.
Update?
@@peachydandy2570 update?
@@arwa14 dang it’s been 6 months already lol. I didn’t try it, I just started using clove water though
@@IAmLRose ohh! I use shea moisture, results in just 2 weeks!
I will definitely try it out from tomorrow
Can you used dried rosemary
haven’t you try rosemarry essential oil?
Great video! I’ll try something similar. Thank you!!!
You look so much younger without your artificial eyes lashes and innocence lol
Thank you for your report.
You're beautiful! You look like an actress.
After watching your previous videos and videos after this one was made, your hair was always waist length, except for this one...were you using extension on the other videos or was this the length of your hair before you start growing it and you just uploaded it years after the growth?
Rosemary is helping my hair stronger and growing but it itches so bad y'all 🌿
I don't think it's meant to itch...could you be allergic?
If it's not an allergy...either it's making your scalp dry, or you have hard water and the minerals and build up left behind is irritating your scalp. Use distilled water.
umm..it's not supposed to itch
you sound like a hater just seeing blk folks hair long disturbs your peace
I use rosemary water on my hair every single day pretty much (without the mint), but today I saw another video that said to not use rosemary water on dry hair... Can anyone speak more truth (or debunk) on this matter? Is there any reason/concern as to why I should not put it on dry hair? I wash my hair maybe once a week, so majority of the time when I am putting RW on my head, it is not wet.
It dry your hair even more. I use flaxseed gel too so it won’t dry so much
Girl, it's FINE. It's a plant. They're overcomplicating things. However it gets on your scalp is gonna be ok. Use your normal haircare in combination with it and everything is gonna be ok. Nothing's gonna "dry out" ffs.
I use it on dry hair everyday and no dryness or problems.
@@Maialeen You are so right. Thank you for the reassurance (:
@@Cookie-tz7hd did it help growing new hairs?
I didn’t know whether you rinsed the Rosemary out. Is it necessary to rinse it out?
Nope you’re supposed to just leave it in your hair
Can you used dry rosemary???
@@metrocost2922 rosemary is rosemary
You right thank you Lisa 👍
Do you have to have a protective style to see results
What is most effective? Making your own or buying rosemary oil?
Making your own because the rosemary essential oil will dry your scalp & the oily kind will make your hair fall out in clumps😭
The excitement is real. Lol.
Hi i really wish you see my comment. I made that tea like 3 weeks a go. I put it on days and nights than i seal. Its great,i have very less shedding, my shedding is almost inexistant, But the only thing i want to know is its already 3 weeks since i have it and use it and its not done yet. Do i keep it? Or throw it?
Hi I think you should throw it out and make a new batch as it only lasts 1-2 weeks in fridge 🖤
@@realashleyrogers Thank you so much🤗
Thank you so much for your video, God bless you always.
When you put it on how long do you leave it on before you wash it off. And put it on again
I use rosemary & thyme
Thank you so much for this video!
Of course babe 🖤
so i can spray this in my hair everyday right? and be fine with washing my hair once a week?
Hey,can we also add a few drops of lavender oil into rinse?
Yes if you’d like
Beautiful Hair and Skin Great Energy thankie
Where to apply? On hair length or scalp? My hair is dry and frizzy
Hi. I love the way you're doing your method way i think I have to do the same way too tank.
can i use a plastic spray bottle instead of a glass spray bottle?
Yes they go over board trying to say glad is required don't mk any difference to me
Glass*
I’m trying to figure out why plastic is bad for this. Cuz i don’t want my pet or my child to break the glass
@@XoXoG if you use plastic, make sure you let the hot water cool down before pouring it in the bottle. Otherwise, the plastic can melt.
