    Thank you because I am a lifelong lover of rosemary and I thank God for my health every day...no aches and pains, no meds, and no worries...but I don't take my health for granted because I know that it could all change in a heartbeat. I just know that God wants us to use wisdom, and rosemary in your daily use, is wisdom...thank you!

      Hello :-)
      Just to advise some caution. Rosemary oil is too strong to apply directly to the scalp. It causes hair loss. To apply, add a few drops to your shampoo or mix with other carrier oils (just a few drops as it is very potent) when applying to scalp for hair. Other carrier oils such as castor, olive, argan, coconut etc are a good option. Hope that helps

    Can rosemary be used asubustuit for insulin

    • @IncrediblyHealthy
      @IncrediblyHealthy  11 месяцев назад

      Hey there! While rosemary can help regulate blood sugar, it cannot directly substitute for insulin if insulin is required. Rosemary improves insulin sensitivity but does not contain insulin itself. It should not replace prescribed insulin without medical guidance. Rosemary can complement insulin therapy, but is not a stand-in treatment.

      What kind of medication do you use? It's always wise to check with your doctor about potential interactions with any new foods, spices, or natural remedies alongside medications you take. Rosemary can boost the effects of blood thinners, blood pressure meds, diabetes drugs, and more. Best to get their OK first rather than finding out the hard way! Let me know if you have any other questions! Stay safe and hope you get the green light to give rosemary a try!! Let me know if you have any other questions. 💚🌿

      Rosemary oil. I've been having severe hair fall, for a long time. I've been using it for about a month now, two times a week, massaging on scalp and leaving it on 30 mins before washing. It shouldn't be used pure as an essential oil, it has to be diluted in a carrier oil (coconut, almond, grapeseed...) My hairloss has diminished to about a third of what used to be. More effective than expensive products and supplements I've tried before.

Could you please clarify this for me, so I can add it to my transcript of your video? Thank you in advance for doing so. Note: I am hypertensive and also have diabetes myelitis 2, so it is IMPERATIVE I have correct information.
