How to Make a poofy petticoat

Hello fellow Dragon Princesses!!
In this video I endeavored to make myself a ballgown sized Petticoat for cosplays of a more regal manner. I will be pairing it with a hoop skirt to give it more structure but I am really happy with the final look and hope this video helps you in any petticoat adventure you attempt.
I recommend, since this took a lot of Organza, that you find a wedding supply store online to buy it and your ribbon cause it will be loads cheaper than buying it by the yard. you could certainly use this method to make yours of Tulle instead of Organza, I just personally find tulle itchy.

I've seen tie up waist bands which I think are the easiest
