You losing the zip because you "put it in a safe" place is so real. This is why I have two glue guns among many other things🙈 The dress looks absolutely beautiful and fit you so well! I would love to see it in motion, I bet a twill looks *chefs kiss* Congrats to you and Dan🥰
I swear the zip nearly broke me 😂 Thank you 🖤 it’s the best fitting thing I’ve ever made, I kind of surprised myself to be honest 😅 I might have to do a twirl shot as a short, a few people have mentioned it now
I'm so glad I am not the only one who buys something and puts it in a safe place then can't find it anywhere. I live in a 2 bedroom flat so how can two 17th century patterns go missing? The dress is beautiful. I wish you both a long and happy future. 🩵🥂
In our housetnesaying is its on the big shelf or its in a box or its in a box on the night shelf or its in a safe place... the box thing. Ame from moving 6 months ago and we still can't find things that were put in boxes with certain things. 👍🤷♀️🤦♀️
Not me spending £543 to hop on a plane so I can get my £2 cauldron mug from Tesco. Absolutely beautiful dress! Congratulations on the dress and the wedding!
im honestly so impressed you decided to make your wedding dress a week before your wedding. I'm not even engaged yet, but im already stressing about making my wedding dress
I always thought I’d spend a year putting in loads of detailed work and it would be my ultimate masterpiece, but then I only gave myself 2 month notice and it took me that long to even decide what to do 😂 it was such a fun experience though, I’m so glad I made my own, I hope you enjoy the process too 🖤
The sheer joy to see you practice-cut your cake with a sword replica (I love that sword, so cool you went with that particular one) And being excited with you when the gathering worked and how the bodice fits and... so so many of the small happy moments of your video made me actually tear up 😭💚💚💚 I wish you two the absolute best and so many precious and wonderful moments together in the future You look amazing! (and I am both team "I-too-eat-cake-like-that" and team "sew Cinderella's dress")
Thank you, that’s so sweet of you ☺️🖤 I think we spent more time picking which sword to buy than we did on any other aspect of the planning 😅 it is a beautiful replica, the quality is amazing Thank you again 🥰 (I’m glad I’m not alone in this and you’re just saying that because I made you get Gandalf back out 😂)
I would say from years of working at JoAnn Fabrics and learning very young to sew from my Mother, Chiffon is usually pretty smooth as a fabric. Georgette is a textured fabric that is a cousin to Chiffon. So you may have Georgette there. It's pronounced george -Jet and comes from the French, just like chiffon does. Happy sewing. Exciting that you are making your wedding gown.
Haven’t finished the vid but showing the borrowed veil is so sweet.. almost 10 years ago my grandma was going to throw hers away and I kept it, restyled it last year (the tulle was unfortunately too yellowed) and got to wear it as my veil this year ! Intentionally incorporating family is so special🩷🩷
My daughter wore her grandmother 's headdress from the 1950s . She carefully removed veil as it was very damaged. Got a similar net and made a new one. Both veil s started with headdress after the wedding
@@magshunter1557ah that is so sweet ❤️ that is similar to what I did, kept the main bit the same but added new tulle and some fabric from my dress onto the headpiece. So special for her to have the opportunity to do that!!
First, off congratulations, so happy for you guys. Dress looks so great!! Second, for slippy fabric I sometimes do a loose running stitch by hand, then machine it after Third, ideas that come to mind for white fabric: Galadriel, White Queen (Alice in Wonderland), both white dresses from My Fair Lady
For future bodices, you could stitch the boning to the lining a short distance away from the seam, then stitch in the ditch to connect the lining to the top fabric, either by machine or hand. You could also tack them together by hand, possibly even with the boning stitched directly over the seams, although it might be hard to manipulate the needle against the boning.
I’ve seen people use techniques like that before! I definitely have not unlocked that skill level yet, nothing but respect to those who can pull that off 🫡
Well done for being so brave to make your own wedding dress and it looked so lovely. As a trained dress maker there were a few cringey moments. I wish I could help you, but here are some suggestions 😊. useful tips. Measure the hem from the ground (pref with shoes on) because the shape of the body usally makes the back higher than the front. Put pins in with the point away from your direction of sewing so you can get them out easier. Follow pattern instructions, it teaches you how to do things. Place pattern pieces on the straight of grain. I wish you the very best in your sewing and hope my tips will be helpful. Nx
Question: what are your thoughts on putting pins perpendicular to the direction of sewing? I find they're easiest to pull out from that direction. Then again, I also tend to run over them with abandon and don't change my needle regularly, which has led to issues 😅
Same thoughts occurred to me. Cutting the circle of the skirt too - not the best way of doing it. The centre point isn't firm. Also no pressing of seams as you go. Soft fabric like she used doesn't flatten nicely without it. Seams are 'bumpy'.
Congratulations!!! The dress is beautiful. And what kind of wedding would it be if there wasn’t any stress 😂? You did fantastic!! I hope your day was amazing and everything you and Dan hoped and wanted it to be! ❤ And on another note, I enjoyed the longer video!! No need to cut down future ones to be shorter, longer is better!
Thank you ☺️ I’m disorganised at the best of times, I had no chance not getting stressed by the wedding 😅 it was all worth it though, our day was perfect! Thanks for the feedback, I really struggle with figuring out the best video length, forever paranoid I’m going to bore people 😂
Omg your dress is totally giving that Pinterest gown vibes, I'm sure you gonna have the best photos with it💜 Personally I'd choose your version in any given day. I got married a year ago and you reminded me of some ~sweet stress~😊
I just want you to know, I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos. I stumbled upon you recently as I'm a beginner sewer and you're personality is just so genuine and lovely. 😊
I soooo love the whole making your own dress vibe 🥹 im watching while drafting/sewing bras 😅 cant wait to see the dress at the end! My husband and i were engaged for 3 months before the wedding, i grabbed a cute white dress off FB marketplace for $100au 😅 i actually think i was so confident we'd end up married that i got the dress in advance of the actual engagement 🤔
I keep seeing people learning bra making, it looks like fun 😄 & I did have a few dresses saved on vinted as emergency backups incase everything went horribly horribly wrong. Haha, I feel that, we technically picked and bought my engagement ring 4 years before the official engagement 😅
This is gorgeous! I completely agree with you with regards to seeing the boning channels on the outside of the bodice. Could you sew it as normal with the channels and then hand sew or machine sew the lace over it to hide the channels while still having a fitted bodice? I have seen designers on the various shows and in documentaries that applique the lace or other fabric or beaded bits to a garment/dress. Whatever you do it will be a beautiful dress.
Thank you 🖤 & yea, appliqué and lace is a great way to hide that kind of stuff, I did that with the back to hide the fastening stitching. For this particular design I didn’t want to cover the entire bodice with lace (and the boning went all the way round) so I had to put in the extra effort to hide the boning channels. Literally another project and I would have let the stitching show or cover it in a bunch of lace like you said 😂
Loved it!! You did a beautiful job, and the gown looks so lovely on you!! 😍Congratulations to you and Dan and enjoy your honeymoon!! 🌹 Really enjoyed the longer content! And the spooky wedding ballerina reveal was absolute *perfection* !! 33:40 The little girl in me squealed at the lovely bell sleeves!! Oh my, I love bell sleeves!!! 🤤
Thank youuu!!! 🖤 I’m glad everyone seems okay with the longer video, I felt pretty bad about rushing the edit 😅 The original plan was to recreate the Pinterest image vibe with lots of candles, but by that point we already set them up for the wedding so we had to think of something cool with just the black backdrop, somehow that led to the spooky music box ballerina 😂 & that is my new favourite dress, you’ll see it a lot now 🖤
Thank you for the shoe company info. I am gobsmacked to see they do Size 2 as standard in quality leather shoes and boots. I'll be looking in again on them sometime soon.
Also, if you have a sewing machine walking foot, it can help feed that silk thru. Or you can use tissue paper under the silk or tear away just wide enough for the seam.
I love the confidence after succeeding the machine gathering. From success to dreams to be able to make the live action Cinderella dress. Insane jump, but again love the confidence. ❤ And congratulations!
Well wanting a haunted dress, no wonder the zip was hidden from you. The petticoat and skirt look fabulous, but I was watching strings fall so I think taking the time to at least whip stitch in a hem on the woven layers and then maybe pressing them flat would look better. The final dress is absolutely lovely, and fits you beautifully. Well done, beautiful bride.
Haha yes, that’s definitely how I’m looking back on it now 😂 The skirt did string a little on the day but honestly very little compared to most fabrics and it really didn’t bother me, I actually kind of liked the naked edge look rather than it being hemmed & thank you 🖤
I know this is way too late to help, and I don’t know if this is available in your country, but Pellon 830 Easy Pattern is great to trace patterns through. It’s not transparent, but it’s translucent and sturdy enough to use as a pattern when you copy from your original pattern. I can easily use a permanent pen to trace the size I want. No slippery plastic, and it saves you one step. Another help with silk is to loosen the presser foot tension. That with leaving the pins in helps. Your dress turned out beautifully! And congratulations on your marriage!
It’s great isn’t it!! I thought the same, Dan suggested I collect other slightly different cauldron mugs to build a mismatched set though and I kinda love that idea 😄
I really enjoyed watching your mental process, always the first step in making a new item. I felt for you in your struggles with fabric and patterns, as I have done the same. It isn't a simple process, but you looked great, even though the hem appeared uneven, due to being a circle, too much bias.
OK, I'm in love with the weights you used when cutting the bodice out LOL. Also had the same immediate thought of the vampire Doctor Who episode when you showed the pin you used as inspo
I finally found use for the assorted nic nacs I hoard 😂 Honestly I have never stopped thinking about those vampires, I would love to recreate their dresses one day 😍
You’re great! Great fun, great personality, great humour, great attitude ✨🙌🏼😁 Congratulations- on the beautiful dress and… on Getting Married 🎉👏🏼 loved it, subscribed 👍🏼
You really remind me of me. I'm sooo disorganised and lose literally EVERYTHING! You're dress is absolutely stunning! Congratulations on your marriage too! Really loved the stunning black dress by the way!
I got back yesterday, tidied the studio and started my next video and so far no sign of the zip 😂 Thank you! 🥰 it’s my latest thrift find, I’m obsessed with it 😍
Uf, I admire you! I was also sewing my wedding dress, but I started like a year before and even so I was stressed. :D You look pretty relaxed most of the time! :D
Thank you 😄 Even before my channel I always knew I wanted to make my own dress but I definitely thought I’d have a year to work on it 😂 I hope yours wasn’t too stressful! I bet it turned out amazing 🤩
I totally do that too! Losing things into the void. UGH that's so annoying! For patterning, I also trace my patterns, but I use exam table paper as my pattern paper so I can trace directly to paper! It's cheap and easy, though you may have to buy like 24 rolls at a time.
I’m literally decluttering the whole house right now and it still hasn’t turned up 😂 & is that the same thing as tracing paper? I remember looking into that a few years ago but just couldn’t find a decent supplier so I went with packaging paper instead
I love it hon!! You did such an amazing job! I love the lace placement! I think I probably would have tried to make my own dress, but I was travelling literally from one coast to the other to get married so everything had to be travel worthy or bought in the province I was getting married in. Maybe one day I’ll make the dress I really wanted lol
Thank you 🖤 I can’t imagine the stress of traveling to get married 😬 You could have a celebration for an anniversary and make your dream dress for that! We’re planning to do something bigger for our 10th anniversary (assuming we can afford to do something bigger by then 😅)
White fabric can be used for many things; day dresses, night wear, table runners, curtains, linens, etc. Take the cork out of your extended imagination and give it a go!
I watched in awe as you just cut out your material how you wanted it without a pattern just confident that it will fit. I would be terrified of ruining the fabric and wasting the money 😢 I absolutely hate drawing around a pattern to cut out I would rather buy or download a new one. 🤗lazy I know.
To keep the pattern in tact you also have this roller thingy that makes holes in the paper and you can put your pattern paper underneath so it transfers the one on top via these holes that are made in the paper.
15:32 I do this as a one-step process using parchment paper (I think you in the UK call it "greaseproof paper"?) to trace and use as my final pattern, it's really quite strong for pinning, etc. The only thing I realized about using parchment is that the commercial grade WILL take tape for piecing, but the parchment paper on a roll from the grocery store is too non-stick and tape won't stick to it.
I’m glad you said grease proof because I was picturing some medieval scroll 😅 I’ve always avoided using tracing paper because I’m too cheap but grease proof paper is a really good idea, I had no idea tape couldn’t stick to it though, thanks for the tip 😄
With all the other white cloth, if any of it is cotton or linen, make yourself a heap of late-Victorian underwear! Some similar era blouses and shirts are also a good thing to have. Or just give it all to me! 🤣🤣🤣😂😂
I think I’ve got a lot of heavier textured whites, and some more satin types, I do have an unrelated stash of white muslin from a while ago though 😅 I have been saving it for my next historical dress that requires a bunch of undergarments to be made first
I'm both impressed and envious. When I got married years ago I wanted to design and make my wedding dress but my father insisted, "No, you're BUYING it." My mother took me to a shop where I literally only had a choice of two dresses.
I’m so sorry that happened to you, maybe you could make your dream dress for an anniversary celebration 🖤 Our wedding was on a very small budget so we’re planning on doing a 10 year anniversary celebration where we can do everything we couldn’t afford right now 😄
@@MadameMyriad my petticoat video is on RUclips, I'm adventuresofsarahandem but I don't watch videos on that account. That petticoat is a monster project!
I’ve already seen it! I follow you on instagram! You’re half the reason it was already in my head 😂 You did an amazing job! It looks gorgeous 🖤🖤 and I was so impressed you managed to make it from thrifted and deadstock fabrics too. (I’m also loving the Mary Poppins dress you’re working on now 😍)
I recently used the ruffler foot on my vintage Singer for the first time, and if you're willing to do some testing and a little bit of maths, it's a game changer!
Thank you because I’ve just ordered a ruffler foot and I think it’s going to save my life and my sanity with my current project, I really hope I can get it to work 😅
@@MadameMyriad My two Top Tips: 1. Playing around with the stitch length is your friend 2. Although it's unstable if you put it through without a backing fabric, it's usable and basically becomes gathers on easy mode, and still adjustable
I made my dress, my husband’s outfit, seven bridesmaids dresses, seven groomsman outfits, five children’s outfits, my mother’s dress, and my father’s jacket in two weeks. We got married at a castle and did a rennasensesque theme. The men had blue velvet coats with silver trim and blue and silver brocade vests. My husband had the same but blue and gold. The bridesmaids dresses were all different and in blue and silver but they all had a blue chiffon drape from the back shoulders to the floor. My father’s jacket was black with gold trim and my mother’s dress was dark green and gold. I had one junior bridesmaid in blue and silver and my son had an outfit matching my husband. There were two toddler boys in ivory silk knickers, and vests. My two flower girls had ivory and gold star fluffy dresses with wings. I wore my grandmother’s 1940’s ivory silk dress and made an overdress in gold brocade based on one Queen Elizabeth 1 wore with long draped sleeves and a full train with a cathedral length veil. I think you did a great job and understand how hard the undertaking was. I must add that I’m a costume designer, seamstress, and heirloom wedding creator. Still, doing your own wedding is very stressful, but it is rewarding seeing the end result. I love your dress and love that shared it with us.
Wow I can’t believe you managed all that! That’s amazing! I felt stressed just reading that list 😂 Thank you 🖤 & you basically have all my dream jobs! 😄
I always trace my patterns for similar reasons. I get this fancy schmancy tracing paper that comes on a roll and doubles as your pattern after. Not cheap though
Thank you 🖤 Honestly, when I first put them on, they were the comfiest shoe I had ever worn, it was like putting my foot in a pillow! We did walk to our venue instead of driving and after about 40 minutes of walking, the boots rubbed the top of my toes a little but honestly I think I just needed to wear some thicker socks with them (I’m used to living in trainers), I would still 10/10 recommend the brand and I’m definitely going to be wearing mine for the rest of my life now
seriously xD i feel that stuff dissapearing for no fking reason just happened to me yesterday and this morning with the jewelry im wearing every day but now half of it is gone and i have no idea where it went like damn....and u did greath with gathering! a few months ago i actually croched! a huuuge full vampirish cloak and had to connect the upper and lower part which the latter was gathered with yarn as well xD that was quite a challenge and this thing in its entirety is so damn heavy xD but hey was worth it in the end!
This is the point where our ancestors would blame the fairies, from now on this is my reasoning when things disappear 😄 I can’t even imagine trying to gather yarn 😅 The vampire cloak sounds very cool though! 🖤
I’m terrible for it 😂 I don’t like to sit with a piece of something plated up, I like to have the entire bake in a tub and pinch at it until it’s all gone … others don’t appreciate that I do this
Hi hun congrats for your new adventures with your husbend. Many blessings to you bothe. Lovd you bothe. I love your dress. I can't wait till its my time to make my wedding dress. Hugs❤❤
Why a whiteboard marker in particular? So you can wipe the plastic clean and re-use? Or were you transferring the marker ink from the plastic to the brown pattern paper by smudging?
Hey! You fell off my algorithm so I’m just getting back. I wasn’t sure you were the one that makes the tiaras but I just saw them in the background. I’m the one that told you the royals wrap the base in velvet ribbon to match their hair. I see the top one in the background has velvet ribbon, did it work for you?
Hey there! 🖤 Yes I love the velvet base, although in future I need to use significantly thinner fabric, I used a very thick scrap piece and it was a nightmare, blood was shed 😅

Words cannot express how much I love your pattern weights!! I've got to do that with some objects 😊 also, brilliant pattern transfer technique!
The day I first used them as weights felt like validation for my hoarding of nic nacs 😂
Congratulations!! Your wedding dress turned out beautiful. So, excited for you!
Thank you so much!! 🥰
I got that mug! I am seriously considering going back and buying enough for a full tea set
Thank you 🖤 I do quite enjoy the planning phase of a new project, even if said plan goes out the window as soon as I start 😅
That thumbnail is glorious, like earned
Thank you! You have no idea how good that is to hear, thumbnails keep me up at night 😂
Congratulations!! The dress is beautiful!
Thank you! 🥰
OK, I'm in love with the weights you used when cutting the bodice out LOL. Also had the same immediate thought of the vampire Doctor Who episode when you showed the pin you used as inspo
I finally found use for the assorted nic nacs I hoard 😂
Honestly I have never stopped thinking about those vampires, I would love to recreate their dresses one day 😍
It's beautiful! I hope your entire wedding day is equally perfect 😊
Thank you 🖤 & it was! 🥰
ooohh pretty dress!! and congratulations, of course!
also, using sword to cut a cake? absolutely fantastic idea
Thank you 🥰 It was either that or shoot an apple off the top with a bow and arrow … Dan said no to that one 😂
It truly is! My friend and her hubby cut theirs after first using a sonic screwdriver on it 😂
To Tesco! I’m always watching really old videos, so surprised to see this was posted 2 days ago!
Haha yess, they will still be in stock for you 🙌🏻 I want a whole set now 😄
13:07 your blue zip could be your "something blue" 😂
It almost was 😂
I loved the inspiration when your gathering worked! Didn’t it feel absolutely amazing!!!
It really did 😄 my current project has a lot of gathering in it and I don’t think it’s going to go anywhere near as well 😅
Congratulations. You did a beautiful job and I hope you have a wonderful wedding day!
Thank you so much! 🖤
I loved the video, and all your detailed work that you put into your wedding dress! Congratulations on your marriage! 💕💐
Thank you, that’s so sweet of you to say 🥰🖤
You’re great! Great fun, great personality, great humour, great attitude ✨🙌🏼😁 Congratulations- on the beautiful dress and… on Getting Married 🎉👏🏼 loved it, subscribed 👍🏼
Thank you so much 🥰 You’re so sweet to say all of that 🖤
You really remind me of me.
🥰 it’s my latest thrift find, I’m obsessed with it 😍
Congratulations on the fabulous hown and marriage!
Thank you 🖤
Uf, I admire you! I was also sewing my wedding dress, but I started like a year before and even so I was stressed. :D You look pretty relaxed most of the time! :D
Thank you 😄 Even before my channel I always knew I wanted to make my own dress but I definitely thought I’d have a year to work on it 😂
I hope yours wasn’t too stressful!
We’re planning to do something bigger for our 10th anniversary (assuming we can afford to do something bigger by then 😅)
It turned out great! Congratulations!
Thank you!! 😊
Loved your video!! This is typical how things went for most of the make of my own dress.❤
Thank you 🖤 I don’t think it’s possible for sewing projects to go any other way 😅
@MadameMyriad lol. Yes style lines change a little as we go to sometimes. It's all good in the end if it fits and looks beautiful.
CONGRATULATIONS on 10,000 Subscribers!❤
Thank you!! 🖤🖤
White fabric can be used for many things; day dresses, night wear, table runners, curtains, linens, etc. Take the cork out of your extended imagination and give it a go!
Also fun dyeing projects.
Thanks for the suggestions 🥰
Congratulations on your wedding! Enjoy your honeymoon!! See you when you come back.
Thank you 🖤
I watched in awe as you just cut out your material how you wanted it without a pattern just confident that it will fit.
I would be terrified of ruining the fabric and wasting the money 😢
I absolutely hate drawing around a pattern to cut out I would rather buy or download a new one. 🤗lazy I know.
brilliant pattern transfer method!
Haha thank you 😄🖤
When sewing silk or velvet you need to pin often and perpendicular to your stitching so it won’t slip
Thanks for the tip, I’ll try that next time 😁
Looks wonderful! Have a great Wedding. 💕💕💕
Thank you so much!! 🥰
It's fabulous! 😍Congratulations to you and Dan.
Thank you!! 😊
To keep the pattern in tact you also have this roller thingy that makes holes in the paper and you can put your pattern paper underneath so it transfers the one on top via these holes that are made in the paper.
I’ve seen those before! They look so cool, I’ll have to try it one day 😁
@@MadameMyriad Yeah, they're quiet nice I think
First time viewing ,so impressed, your dress is absolutely lovely .
Thank you so much ☺️🖤
15:32 I do this as a one-step process using parchment paper (I think you in the UK call it "greaseproof paper"?) to trace and use as my final pattern, it's really quite strong for pinning, etc.
I think I’ve got a lot of heavier textured whites, and some more satin types, I do have an unrelated stash of white muslin from a while ago though 😅 I have been saving it for my next historical dress that requires a bunch of undergarments to be made first
You want suggestions for left over material. Easy dye it and make cushions, and dresses etc!
Thanks for the suggestions 🖤
Beautiful Wedding Dress on a beautiful bride.🎉
Aww thank you 🥰
I'm both impressed and envious. When I got married years ago I wanted to design and make my wedding dress but my father insisted, "No, you're BUYING it." My mother took me to a shop where I literally only had a choice of two dresses.
I’m so sorry that happened to you, maybe you could make your dream dress for an anniversary celebration 🖤 Our wedding was on a very small budget so we’re planning on doing a 10 year anniversary celebration where we can do everything we couldn’t afford right now 😄
Your doing great.its coming out beautiful
Thank you! 😊
Congratulationsss🤗🤗 the dress is gorgeous and I love the sword😂😂
Thank you ☺️🖤 Happy to say the sword cutting worked on the day 😄
It came out so great! I can’t believe you made it in a week! And I just made the Cinderella dress and petticoat and don’t do it!
Thank you 🖤 ‘twas a very stressful and tiring week though 😅 & Ooo I’d love to see it!
@@MadameMyriad my petticoat video is on RUclips, I'm adventuresofsarahandem but I don't watch videos on that account. That petticoat is a monster project!
I’ve already seen it! I follow you on instagram! You’re half the reason it was already in my head 😂
You did an amazing job! It looks gorgeous 🖤🖤 and I was so impressed you managed to make it from thrifted and deadstock fabrics too. (I’m also loving the Mary Poppins dress you’re working on now 😍)
Congrats on the wedding!!!
Thank you!!☺️
Your dress is beautiful. Amazing skills 😊
Thank you 🖤
I recently used the ruffler foot on my vintage Singer for the first time, and if you're willing to do some testing and a little bit of maths, it's a game changer!
Thank you because I’ve just ordered a ruffler foot and I think it’s going to save my life and my sanity with my current project, I really hope I can get it to work 😅
@@MadameMyriad My two Top Tips:
1. Playing around with the stitch length is your friend
2. Although it's unstable if you put it through without a backing fabric, it's usable and basically becomes gathers on easy mode, and still adjustable
Congratulations. Your dress is beautiful! Enjoy your honeymoon. 🎉
Thank you! 🤗
I felt stressed just reading that list 😂
Thank you 🖤 & you basically have all my dream jobs! 😄
All the best for the wedding.
Thank you 🥰
Congratulations! Please share some wedding pics!
Thank you! 🖤 we’re picking some out for a community post later ☺️
I always trace my patterns for similar reasons. I get this fancy schmancy tracing paper that comes on a roll and doubles as your pattern after. Not cheap though
Might treat myself to a fancy schmancy tracing paper one day 😄 until then it’s cheap packaging paper for me
Congratulations 👏 enjoy your Honeymoon 🎉
Thank you for sharing ✨️
Fun, lovely, just a bit spooky, beautiful and hugely romantique ❤
Thank you so much ☺️
I’m not finished watching but I hope you use the blue zip as your something blue!!
I would have taken the time to hem the dress. You can use smaller stitches to counter the "slippery" fabric. Great job !
I made my wedding dress then i lost it. Had to make another one.
Could've just thrown some bleach on the blue one..something borrowed something blue..
Oh gosh this must've been so stressful.
Congratulations on the dress, wedding and husband. How comfy were the shoes to walk in? I have my eye on some memery shoes too, hence the questions.
Thank you 🖤 Honestly, when I first put them on, they were the comfiest shoe I had ever worn, it was like putting my foot in a pillow!
We did walk to our venue instead of driving and after about 40 minutes of walking, the boots rubbed the top of my toes a little but honestly I think I just needed to wear some thicker socks with them (I’m used to living in trainers), I would still 10/10 recommend the brand and I’m definitely going to be wearing mine for the rest of my life now
I love your wedding dress....you are a superstar...
seriously xD i feel that stuff dissapearing for no fking reason just happened to me yesterday and this morning with the jewelry im wearing every day but now half of it is gone and i have no idea where it went like damn....and u did greath with gathering! a few months ago i actually croched! a huuuge full vampirish cloak and had to connect the upper and lower part which the latter was gathered with yarn as well xD that was quite a challenge and this thing in its entirety is so damn heavy xD but hey was worth it in the end!
This is the point where our ancestors would blame the fairies, from now on this is my reasoning when things disappear 😄
I can’t even imagine trying to gather yarn 😅 The vampire cloak sounds very cool though! 🖤
yum, yum, yum!
I love a l9nger vid. So beautiful!
I'm glad! Thank you ☺️
Is there anybody who doesn’t brake up the cake before eating it? 😂❤
I’m terrible for it 😂 I don’t like to sit with a piece of something plated up, I like to have the entire bake in a tub and pinch at it until it’s all gone … others don’t appreciate that I do this
Beautiful
Thank you 🖤
Easy way to gather: use dental floss, zigzag over it with a wide stitch, gather!
Oh I’ve heard that trick with yarn before, I’ve got to try it at some point
I did a similar late last minute dress making for our wedding😊
I hope it went well! 🖤😅
please wear the lovers knot tiara with your beautiful dress!
I’m very sorry to say I didn’t 😄 Did not trust myself to keep it balanced through the ceremony!
Wow . Amazing job .
Thank you 🖤
Your very talented 😊
Thank you so much ☺️
Hi hun congrats for your new adventures with your husbend. Many blessings to you bothe. Lovd you bothe. I love your dress. I can't wait till its my time to make my wedding dress. Hugs❤❤
Thank you so much 🥰🖤 Share what you make when the time comes!
2:42 nice sign in the background, it’s the name of my cat.
Aww that’s such a cute name for a cat 🖤
No shift?? 😳 I am shooketh!
Why a whiteboard marker in particular? So you can wipe the plastic clean and re-use? Or were you transferring the marker ink from the plastic to the brown pattern paper by smudging?
Both, I’ve been using the same pieces of plastic since I started my channel 😄
@ oh no! I hope it wasn’t too much. Well, onward and upward!
