Following the type of comments people are already typing in here, i have to admit i didnt know about the manifestations on HoA as a priority, stitchwerk etc etc. I know it mind sound crazy or even not fun to do, but a guide explaining packs, priorities etc is a video many people should seek information of, myself included obviously. Great video btw, short and on point with valuable info. Keep it up!!

I guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know a way to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost the login password. I love any assistance you can give me
@Gerald Vincent Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and im trying it out now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Gerald Vincent WTF IT REALLY WORKED! Literally hacked my Instagram account details after roughly 30 minutes of using the site. I had to pay 15$ but definitely worth it =) Thank you so much you saved my account !
The biggest mistake I see is saving cooldowns for the whole dungeon until the boss. Use your cooldowns on cooldown; there is no difference between boss damage and trash damage, except on the overall meters where trash damage is what you see. As soon as I started using CDs as soon as they came up, trash died fast, my meters skyrocketed, and best of all? I had them back up for the boss.
Been playing with a tank who started tanking like a year ago - up until like yesterday he was finishing +15 keys with like 10 Rune Tap casts per dungeon, constantly rushing into huge pulls of 2-3 packs with absolutely nothing up, only ever pressing IBF alongside VB, AMS and DRW altogether once he hit 10% HP and, naturally, he kept trash talking his shitty shitty healers who just couldn't keep him healed and his shitty shitty DPS for not interrupting and stunning and dps'ing fast enough and, obviously, Blizzard for making DKs so undertuned and dungeons so overtuned despite everything being so easy but it's just everyone else being so incredibly bad. I had to start basically dictating him every other button press in pretty much every single dungeon and, suddenly, with 4 times the amount of Rune Taps and 3 times the amount of IBF, VB and DRW, with timed AMS for the relevant casts, with kiting at the right time, with stunning the right casts, with not casting fucking Marrowend when you're at 9 stacks of Boneshield, with pooling RP when you know there's huge damage coming in, with all of that... dungeons are shockingly easy - yet whenever I'm not calling those buttons out to him, he immediately starts ignoring all of this again, depleting 14s with random healers left and right, all because it's totally pug peoples' fault. And the worst about all of this: Now that he has a few 15s under his belt he's become even more arrogant and condescending towards other people making mistakes not even half as bad as what he was doing up until like a fucking day ago. It's actually kinda hilarious hearing him shittalk random healers for not being able to top him off when I constantly have to pump him with Flash Heals on every CD to keep him topped even in the most benign situations and he's just completely oblivious as to how fucking unusual and unforeseeable that is. As a reminder, said tank is about to get his Keystone Master mount and doesn't know what kiting or defensive cooldowns are. Yet he gets furiously angry when his pug dps don't manage to perfectly chain interrupt every single Frostbolt of Millhouse on Fortified. TL;DR: Learn to play guys. Or don't, apparently you can get to KSM without knowing anything about anything at all. But I suppose it certainly helps to use IBF before you've dropped to 10% HP - and I suppose you also don't need the CDR on Vamp Blood talent if you're not using VB more than once per 5 minutes.
Vod reviews sound good! Been handy watching people review their own recordings saying I’m doing this as I’m trying to do this etc (if that makes sense 😂)
The hardest thing for me to get use to when playing m+! So use to saving cds for boss, now trying to get use to when I can use them in what dungs and have them ready for bosses
There is way too much responsibility and pressure on tanks/heals. My group is starting to crest into 13's and 14's... its fucking burning me out dude. I've never been so miserable being the tank. I didn't play much in BFA but this active mitigation playstyle fucking sucks. I can't even quit cause it fucks my friends over. Maybe it'll get better if I start doing RBG's to actually get some decent gear? M+ gearing is terrible to boot. Feels fuckin' bad.
Excellent discussion Dorki, really appreciate your tanking vids and stream. There are two kinds of teachers, ones who tell an audience things that they maybe forgot or didn't focus on - but ultimately knew, and those that show an audience something novel and new. It can be quite difficult to pinpoint what a specific audience knows, does not know, or needs to know and how the to deliver it in a palatable method. You are a naturally good teacher and you identify those things that are novel for many players. Instead of teaching cookie cutter ideas, you teach the components of a recipe to success. Please keep up the good work - and, as somebody who cares deeply about learning and teaching, believe me, you are a natural. Kudos and great job my guy!
Yes, some other similar discussion around this. So, bosses are mostly not the challenge, but some trash groups your kitting as hell to get out of their range or need a real massive CD, as I run with taunt bubble. But honestly, it doesn't feel like in the former extensions where you had been able to withstand mob groups for a while. Inot talking about keys higher than 15, so sometimes +10 key (depending on the affixes) a trash group can kill a tank within few seconds (yes, as Prot pala, SOR up etc., ilvl 210)
Legit the reason i stopped tanking, i want to tank not perma kite. Having kiting as a tool is fine, but when they design the game in a way where kiting is always the best option it becomes boring. Tanking used to be about figuring out how to use group utility and so on to survive a pull, now the answer is always kite.
Sitting on CD's for too long is Unfortunately something im Guilty of. i just always catch me at 10% HP popping Guardian of Ancient Kings.... man i gotta Improve myself if i want that Keystone Master :P
I love that little chuckle at 7:56 when you pop. It's having a group like that to run with, and can see the funny in stupid mistakes that makes the game enjoyable. Mythic + has become one of the most toxic areas of the game, unless you have a good consistent group.
Great, I would like to add some topics: Don't pull if you are not the tank. I play tank, and sometimes dds have the opinion they should pull for going faster. But I just don't stand around, maybe I need some seconds for ramping up, or wait for the next CD. That said, pulling by other than the tank often ends in a wipe and costs more time than just wait these few seconds. Use covenant abilities and check who does have which covenant before starting the key. This quite often grants you massive boosts and make this key much easier and therefore faster. Use timer before activating the key and before larger pulls and boss fights, so giving classes like DH or Firemages the chance of a much better performance. Ask and/or track which CDs are currently available, so e.g. tank and healer can coordinate who is using when which CD. Normally the caster mobs cause the most trouble, sometimes hard-hitting mobs, etc. Mark the mob most dangerous and try to kill them 1st (except specific affixes like bolstering, but even then it sometimes coud makes sense to kill a very dangerous mob fast and focused). Don't release after you died instantly. Maybe the rest of the group can perform the kill of these mobgroup or boss without you, and the rezz you after that or a battle rezz will be used. Best is to ask the other party members about their opinion in the current case. Don't rely on that the tank or leader (means the guy which invited) cares about everything. A typical example is the leaves and flowers in Tirna. So, a range might do this much easier than the tank or a melee. Hope this also makes sense for most of you.

I can't believe people don't already know some of this stuff about tanking. People should do some of these even if not doing a keystone. Many of these are useful for raid trash as well. And don't just run through heroics - practice these there before doing a key.
I'd love to submit a vod for critical review! I'm new to bear this expac but absolutely love it. Any guidance on what key level you'd like to review? I'm assuming something difficult around the ksm level?

It really feels like everyone is so aggressively angry and aggressively ready to call everyone else out. I've been yelled at for literally everything. Great video - you made a video of the very same thing I have been telling our guild members for 2 years - Sick and tired of "elitists" who claim, "you're dps, and should just mow down everything at your ilevel" Running keys is knowing how to run the key, not going in and treating it like a heroic dungeon. I've literally been unable to progress in keys because of the "elitist" attitudes in our guild amongst its members and PUGS. So frustrated, and with no place to turn, just stopped trying to do any keys above a 10.
Thanks for the video. Started playing again and its been a little rouge start coming back after 6+ years and transitioning from doing PVP only to PVE content as a Vengeance Demon Hunter.
Honestly, this video is way too simplistic to be useful for all but newish players in my opinion. Oh btw, while not ideal stutter stepping will often cause caster mogs (magical or physical) to move towards you if you start close to them which is useful in the rare case there isnt any LOS (pillars etc) available.
It is simplistic but it's the simple things that people need to be focused on. There will definitely be more indepth content for higher level players but always remember, even the best players are constantly making these kinda mistakes. Too many top level mages out there who pad flamestrike, dps who sit on defensive and never use utility, etc
basicly for all dps. if you don't make a healer do 8-10k hps he can do dps and it will go faster :) I've had +12 keys with 8k hps at the end of the dungeon... this is a big problem that has to be fixed as soon as possible
I keep hearing people say healer dps matters, but in just about every pug I join, as soon as the tank pulls big his HP starts to drop so fast that if I stop dumping heals into him long enough to cast 2 lava bursts he'll be dead. I'll be spamming everything I have and sometimes they'll never even get above 75%
I got back too wow on a 5 year layoff. Never liked ove untill now, maybe cus i'm older. I love the challange of m+ pve content. Just need ppl too learn from. I did notice alot of toxic ppl in the pve scene
DB has a 20 second CD, you can get 3 DBS in the time you would get 1 blinding sleet. Its the short CD that makes it valuable as you will have it multiple times a pull / for every pull
Thank you so much! I'm trying to do more in m+ and some things I am still learning. It's so rare to see people even interrupt and it kills me! Dk and dh don't pop their damage mitigations for the group and it's awful. Anti magic zone and darkness can save a group and they will love it. Tanking and healing are appealing to me but I'm not great.
check the healing meter. He took next to no dmg for most of the fight. It wasnt that the heal could heal him even though he is los but that he didn't need to. Also as a heal you get a feel for how your tank moves if you play with the same person ove and over. That way they can pre position themselves in a way that they won't easily be losed. :)
That would take too much time I'd have to consider it at some point but for now just watch a lot of tanks play. Can check out tierer and eltharienwow on twitch for some prot pal gameplay
Without Watching video i Can tell you top 5 for EU atleast. 1. Dont invite Russians 2. Dont invite pandas 3. Dont invite Vulpera unless it’s tank 4. Kick tanks who dosent share route and says “i have it in my head” 5. Still dont invite russians
Lol wth i play with many russians and imo they are much friendlier and relax then most other people and often good players. Ofc there is always the exception.
@@Dorki I like it, sometimes the the s have like a sharp sound ör atleast a sharper sound than the other letters(I don't really know how to say it, but if you listen for it you will immediately understand what I mean), but I think you can fix that with settings on your mic/audio software, since it is a very common problem, if you find that it is a problem and it is not only me, and I dont even really care. p.s. Sorry for rambling.
The only mistake you can make while doing a mythic+ is doing the mythic+. What a waste of time to anyone who seriously cares for character progression your better off pvping for bis loot as mythics only offer what 213 for doing a +15 meanwhile heroic cn gives the same and pvp gear can be upgraded to 226. I didn't watch the video either the title ruined it for me.
ikr? M+ is so fucking toxic right now and on top of that you gotta kite shit to actually get anywhere and that's not fun at all. People are always complaining about lack of tanks and healers and treat them like shit if they make 1 fucking mistake. Tanks leaves, key's ruined for them, they cry and bitch. But hey the quote "Treat others the way you want to be treated" doesn't apply to most people in this game anyway.
Thought I'd give it another go this week +10 for completion anyways. Got into a NW. Tank pulls all slimes doesnt kite/dies blames healer. Down first boss. Tank jumps plague water into group pulls 3 packs wipes us blames dps for not squeezing. Group destroyed. I say again the only tip for m+ is dont bother for that sweet sweet 35 anima and that 200gold repair

Dragon breath ? no other class has? xd what about blinding sleet the better version of dragon breath.
DB has a 20 second CD, you can get 3 DBS in the time you would get 1 blinding sleet. Its the short CD that makes it valuable as you will have it multiple times a pull / for every pull
You have plans to make videos tanking as Blood?
Probably when I have the time
@@Dorki Thank you
Please do a video on your party frames, I'm on my knees
Its the default blizzard ones.
Video review of DoS !
No.1 thing to avoid is to play a rerolled game again. Different content, same things.
I seem to have just soiled myself
1:20 wonder how the healer can heal u when u losing him on this pilar :D i mean there is dudu, but shaman would struggle.
check the healing meter. He took next to no dmg for most of the fight. It wasnt that the heal could heal him even though he is los but that he didn't need to.
Also as a heal you get a feel for how your tank moves if you play with the same person ove and over. That way they can pre position themselves in a way that they won't easily be losed. :)
ty
Dorki is in Limit O.o poggers
Yeah any Limit raider can invite anyone according to Max. It doesn't mean that he raids with them right now.
would u do coaching for prot pala? im new to the game 1 month and some days
That would take too much time I'd have to consider it at some point but for now just watch a lot of tanks play. Can check out tierer and eltharienwow on twitch for some prot pal gameplay
Without Watching video i Can tell you top 5 for EU atleast.
1. Dont invite Russians
2. Dont invite pandas
3. Dont invite Vulpera unless it’s tank
4. Kick tanks who dosent share route and says “i have it in my head”
5. Still dont invite russians
Lol wth i play with many russians and imo they are much friendlier and relax then most other people and often good players. Ofc there is always the exception.
Should link this to the terrible players in my last NW
Number one mistake : playing mythic plus dungeons.
Biggest mistake is playing the wrong class
dude what mic is that...
Is it bad/any feedback
@@Dorki I like it, sometimes the the s have like a sharp sound ör atleast a sharper sound than the other letters(I don't really know how to say it, but if you listen for it you will immediately understand what I mean), but I think you can fix that with settings on your mic/audio software, since it is a very common problem, if you find that it is a problem and it is not only me, and I dont even really care.
p.s.
Sorry for rambling.
@@Dorki really good quality man, thanks for the tips
@@Dorki I think he was meant to be a compliment. Your mic is really nice and clear and very good sound quality
@@eliasandersson8236 Oh yeah it can be very sibilant(the word for sharper S) I can feel that too sometimes
1. Ignoring mechanics
2. Inviting idiots
3. Taking low ilvl
4. Having no drums
5. Doing more and less than 15
You sounds like one of many players that is the reason M+ is such a shithole rn.
@@magnedeusfenrir9582 why?
The only mistake you can make while doing a mythic+ is doing the mythic+. What a waste of time to anyone who seriously cares for character progression your better off pvping for bis loot as mythics only offer what 213 for doing a +15 meanwhile heroic cn gives the same and pvp gear can be upgraded to 226. I didn't watch the video either the title ruined it for me.
Yikes.
We do m+ bcz we enjoy doing m+
Insecurity much?
