The heavy Goon discharge corrupting sacred ground at 1:17 and the well-drilled, yet at-ease line of troopers at 1:30 (love that MP40 wielding NCO's movement as he takes his position at 1:32 and the sharp cuts 'n' fitness for purpose of the squaddies martialling the last of the innocents at 1:35). The gloved-up, no-nonsense Sturmbannführer bossing the situation with hard-top support front 'n' rear at 1:52 - adjusting his strip and inspecting his crack troop line at 1:56 (oh so fkn potent even though shooters are held in supple grip rather than brandished with menaces [like counterpoint Smiler lol]). It always got me when the young Goon Officer at the border post in DD Fatal gets worked up talking about Partisans butchering countless Goon troopz; the Sturm leaves it unsaid here, but it feels the same at 2:23. Awwwmate!! The 'ready' sound of in-synch cock and the sight of the Goon squad with best boot forward priming their hardware at 2:29. 'Aim': no dissent in the disciplined Goon rank as troopers stiffen up 'n' sight. Fire! The civvies-eye view straight down throbbing Goon muzzle-end at 2:39 - the Goon lurid impacts and the sorry sight of innocent fall out part-screened by the solid spread of Goon boot leather at 2:45. No wonder the climactic 2:49 focus on the Goon blazin' squad pouting as they shock-absorb and spray load gets the thumbnail privilege mate; it's fkn outstanding!! (What crack troopz; the half cut lad on the right looks the part and the NCO to his right fkn loves his job - but I'd pick 'em all). Soon these soft-targeting troopz will be looting, lad-spreading out and enjoying some boisterous kameradschaft in their newly conquered manor/ My thoughts are already turning to judgement day when every last Goon in this entire Skull section are blasted and riddled to f**k!! We first started talking Goon troopz and tactics over this one back in the day - so this title's always going to pack even more of a punch. They are evil men carrying out the Devil's work but they don't half look the part J and I'm not sure I could have kept myself in check had I been one of those civvies. In fact that was probably me coming out for some "relief" at 2:12 😈! "The gaff is swarming with hard 'n' aggressive drone-like gruntz. The Sturmbannführer looks sharp and scrubs up well (gloves 'n' all!) and oh-what company he keeps! The initial weapons handling at 1:56 is pretty limp to be fair (summat else ain't!) . Good thinking re DDTV Fatal and any of these ladz could fit in with those Goonz any day of the week. The Sturm is losing his patience at 2:23, never a good sign for those in their sights, and sure enough it's all weapons cocked at 2:29 (if a sound can be horny mate, that's the one, plus the visuals!). The results are horrible but the vision of Goon rank troopers spraying their loads is a potent one and a very "hard" sight to behold J, and the boot focus at 2:45 is certainly diverting from their deadly aim. Check the recoil on those faces and lids at 2:49 and these are indeed Grade-A class Goonz mate, evil men and evil doings, but looking sharp as fuck as they do it! Top man for me on the right JUST but they are all so very "solid" and match-fit for the kit mate, some of the very best Goonz in any movie for me. "Soon these soft-targeting troopz will be looting, lad-spreading out and enjoying some boisterous kameradschaft in their newly conquered manor" - their day of judgement is coming as we know J, and a very deserved twatting it is for the lot of 'em - and none looked better receiving it! Yes, it's a Blu-ray version and so much clearer than the earlier one I put up about 9 or 10 years ago, one of my first RUclips videos! It's a silly movie but I do like it as well. This scene is horrible for what the SS do but you have to admit they look incredible!!!! I see you and I together at 1:34, then I move the far right at 2:29, then the rear view at 2:45. We look so strong and powerful and yes, we can get the rewards later. But somehow I think that reward may be short lived Klaus!!!!!
