Just what this industry needed, a bow that is this affordable with all that bow has to offer will definitely put a lot more people over the edge and plunge in to the archery simply because they don't have to think about the cost as much. Great job Quest for being budget minded and get more people interested in this great sport.
Always enjoy the reviews and how-to videos. I was really impressed with this bow as it was obvious you were too. You looked like a kid on Christmas morning and at times trying to keep from breaking into a Cheshire Cat smile while doing the review. G5 appears to have delivered, in 2018, a bow that could be the flagship or at least a top tier bow of most other companies for HALF the cost. I hope they continue to turn out more bows like the Thrive and other companies follow their lead.
That is nice bow with all the high end features at a affordable price.Been looking to get my wife a new bow definitely going to check on this bow . I have already made the switch to a Prime bow and love it!

I just picked up the sport of archery 4 months ago. Lancaster has been a huge help not only in supplying me with accessories but with knowledge and tips in various aspects of the sport. I have never shot a quest bow, but this quick overview has me interested. I really like the idea of the flexible cable guard that you can adjust for fletching clearance. I’m already obsessed with building arrows and I can already see the value in a feature like this. I’d really enjoy taking this bow on my first whitetail hunt this fall!

The bow looks nice. I wasn’t fond of the grip in previous models. Looks like they changed it. Love the DL versatility. Especially since my DL is so long. Makes it tough to get comfortable sometimes. Also love the color of the bow in the video!!

I have been shooting recurve with stuff from Lancaster for a little while now. I was thinking about trying compound, and this looks like a majestic bow.
Another clear and simple preview of a great value bow. The bow looks to have a lot of awesome features and will suit a while heap of people. Loving the draw stop adjustability. I'm a lefty and my drive LT still rocks but I'd love a new bow to play with out here in NZ. Good luck whoever wins the bow

Really good looking bow (love that smoke green color) at a great price-to-performance ratio. These videos, especially the how-to's give me a chance to learn something new every time
nice looking bow. I still have the first bow i ever shot. It was my dad’s. A Ben Pearson Strato Jet 50lb Fiberglass long narrow recurve. It was about 7-8 inches taller than i was in the beginning. Still pull it out once in a while and fling a few arrows thru it.
Have you tried a speed test with same weight of arrow but at 60 lbs. Looking for another hunting rig or just a 3D bow. Might go with this one. Like the brace height being 7inches is more forgiving.

Love the vid. Always wanted to draw back a prime bow. The closest archery store that carries prime here is hours away. Wish the drawing was done a day sooner so I could have used it on opening day of turkey season. Lol great vid.

The Prime Thrive is much more affordable than most other top of the line bows today but receiving one for free..... nothing could be better than that.. love the video on an affordable bow with competitive specs to the 1, 000 dollar and higher bows today.

This bow has some amazing features and would help me look good on my next hunting trip.
Looks like a good all around bow for that price point. I have been shooting a Martin FireCat for some time now and can't bring myself to pay a $1000.00 for a new bow. Has a lot of features that a higher priced bow would have. It is nice to see that a bow company can and will sell a better then average bow for a far price. Thank you for all of your videos they help me get the answers to my questions that I have sometimes.

My son shoots a Quest Radical... This would be an awesome upgrade for him! Hopefully this is open to Canadians too.
Watching the video my first thought was that would be a great bow to get someone (like my girlfriend) into the sport! Solid bow, adjustable, and performance too. I know if I were to win it that is what I would do with it- pay it forward to get someone new into the sport.

G5 has made some outstanding bows with their Prime line. It's nice to see that they are integrating a lot of their Prime technology into their Quest line. The Thrive looks like a great bow for a great value!

It would be a blessing to win the Thrive. For it would serve me many many years! The bow specs are spot on to what I would have. The solid browns and greens companies are offering now are awesome! I've had the bowhunting fever for about three years now, since my brother in law gave me his ol' bowtech 101st back in 2015. The Thrive would be an amazing upgrade that would be appreciated for years. Since getting into the sport, I've become a happy customer because of the knowledge y'all have and if I need just two arrows i can get just two arrows lol. Thanks!

Great information as always PJ. Looks like the engineers at G5 have developed a great bow and at a great price point. The Thrive sounded solid. Really like the idea of the adjustable cable guard for fletching clearance. I prefer to shoot fixed blade broadheads with high profile AAE Max Hunter vanes on my arrows but have problems with fletching clearance occasionally. Love the idea of replaceable mods for draw length too. This bow is a dream concept for do-it-yourself bow mechanics. Well done G5! This engineer likes the way you think.

For the price and spec sheet the Thrive looks like the best bow by far in it's category. Would love to get my hands on one and take it out for a backcountry hunt. 👍

How's the letoff when shooting lets say 29.5? The mods are for even inches I suppose?
