@@ravenwinter6984I cried a substantial amount. My mother used to own a restaurant where my sister and I were the main employees. When a business is struggling, family takes a back seat unfortunately.
I love that 1 sentence can tell you how arrogant the 28 year old who took his future in laws money to open a Italian restaurant. He said " The name on the window says Trabanno's Not Ramsey". Well if it said Ramsey you wouldn't have to have a early bird special and your reservation book would be full. What a jerk!.
Both of these restaurants didn't last that long opened. Guiseppi's closed a bit more than a year after filming, while Trobiano's didn't even make the year mark. To be fair, they both seemed to be in serious trouble before Ramsay's help, it was already too late for a turnaround.

feels bad. those letters the family wrote to each other were very touching. at least this experience hopefully made them appreciate each other more, regardless if the business failed or not. Always other avenues to take in life with the time they have left.
