"People have been coming here for 33 years, the food cannot be that bad" -says the guy who called kitchen nightmares to help his failing business.
All these dumbfuck owners forget that tiny little detail. The worst ones are the dumb boomers though. I bet no one has EVER said they liked the food. 99% of failing restaurants fail because the food is shit. Go figure. The fact that they don't even take Gordon's word is also infuriating. He's a world class chef who ate all over the world , he was taught by master chefs, and the chefs he himself taught are Michelin owners. I think he can tell whether your food is bad. And he's a successful restaurateur himself. Out of everyone he's the guy you should listen to.

I've worked on the line at restaurants that used microwaves, and ones that didn't. You feel so much better about yourself when working at ones that don't. You can't take much pride in your work if you're just pushing buttons on a microwave all day.
