Anticipate. Be in the right state. Where are they going what's they're gonna do? 4. Review. Mentioning some key points, ask clarifying questions?

Here are my notes: - Halt - Halt distractions. - Give complete focus. - Engagement - Make eye content - Ask questions. - Shift to more engaged body language. - Listen as if you'll be quizzed on what they've said afterward. - Empathy - Image yourself in their shoes; think about why they might have the values and beliefs they do. - Anticipate - Information combined with emotion becomes long term memory. - Be excited; acknowledge that you'll likely learn something new. - Predict what they'll say next. - Review - Think about what the speaking is saying, paraphrasing it in your mind. - Focus on key points. - Ask clarifying questions. - Take notes.
Your videos are pretty interesting, but I personnaly feel like you are doing too much marketing on your other videos, books... It's a bit tiring at times. Keep up the good work
