    *Notes*
    Listening lesson is underrated.
There is no such thing as a good or bad listener. It is trained.
Listen with your eyes - look for body language signs.
Four simple keys to being a more effective listener:
    1. Halt. Stop what you're doing, and your internal self-talk just be present.
    2. Empathy, Engaging focus more, eye contact, ask them back.
    3. Anticipate. Be in the right state. Where are they going what's they're gonna do?
    4. Review. Mentioning some key points, ask clarifying questions?

    Here are my notes:
    - Halt
    - Halt distractions.
    - Give complete focus.
    - Engagement
    - Make eye content
    - Ask questions.
    - Shift to more engaged body language.
    - Listen as if you'll be quizzed on what they've said afterward.
    - Empathy
    - Image yourself in their shoes; think about why they might have the values and beliefs they do.
    - Anticipate
    - Information combined with emotion becomes long term memory.
    - Be excited; acknowledge that you'll likely learn something new.
    - Predict what they'll say next.
    - Review
    - Think about what the speaking is saying, paraphrasing it in your mind.
    - Focus on key points.
    - Ask clarifying questions.
    - Take notes.
