He's not overrated. It's just that today's music artists (well most of them) have brain-washed us and changed what we call a good voice. Bocelli has a real talent, he doesn't use auto tune (Mary, too). And you're wrong Italians and Hispanics CAN sing, it's just that world is busy listening to the "cool" and "popular" music that they just don't know what real singing talent actually is :)
