Hellloooo! My name is Clancy and I'm a 24 year-old TV news reporter. I'm originally from Long Island, NY but I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where I work for the CBS affiliate, Local 12. Livin' the dream. :)

When Clancy said she was just laying in bed I as a guy thought he came home drunk and past out on the couch. Been there done that. She is a sweetheart though and I understand what she did.

Yes. There’s so many things the government has put in peoples brains... it’s quite scary actually.
Some companies will fire an employee that shares their salary with others, especially other coworkers. Glassdoor is a great average for knowing what salary range a company pays their employees.
Girls have lost their boyfriends in the early hours due to car accidents.
There’s nothing wrong with caring and being watchful of a loved one.
How else would you even know if something was wrong?
I really clicked this because it said salary talks and I'm a firm believer in sharing your pay and talking about money. Idk why money is such a secretive topic.
Private employers want people to keep it private so they can continue unfair wages. Secrecy is one main reason why they get away with paying women and minorities less. In the public sector, everyone knows everyone's salary and there is no unfairness or lower wages for minority groups. It is all done by public grade (or rank in the military). Everyone is paid the same fair wage when they are at the same grade/rank.
I totally agree. Its the weapon they use to keep secrets.
I do my parents taxes for them so i've got a pretty good idea. 🤣🤣🤣

Same! I was dying... mostly because I could relate so much. I'm that girlfriend. Trying to play it cool, while I'm thinking of every worse case scenario. My bf works late, and is usually home around 10:30... by 10:55 I'm worried... after 11... he's dead. Lol. He works like 10 min from home. Lol. He's usually really good about texting or calling, so anytime he doesn't call or message back, I'm freaked. I seriously need a dose of chill. Lol.
The couch story was totally understandable! Its happened to me and my husband before:)
I totally understand the stress about your boyfriend. I have a story too. Last winter I had to work on one weekend, but my boyfriend went home witch is like 140 km away. He went to a birthday party and I knew that he would be going home and not driving. The party was a bit far from his home and he had to go through woods. We have our Find My Friends on, and I check that on Sunday morning but the location is not available. My heart starts to race but I had to go to work again. Few hours later I text him. No answer. Later I tried calling- no signal. My heart is racing. I also thought something horrible must have happened with him.
He texted me back only on Sunday afternoon. His phone just turned off from cold and he just slept in because of a hangover. I was so angry that he did not care to turn his phone back on, but I was happy that he was ok.

I have never heard someone else mention the confidence thing that comes from being high achieving in school and then transitioning to the real world. It just made me feel good to know I’m not the only one.
I had a similar experience where my boyfriend came home late and fell asleep on the couch and I woke up at like 3am, panicking that he wasn't home yet, walked through the house and there he was on the couch. :P
I really appreciate youtubers who share how much they make off adsense. I find it inspiring. Its often not a lot (or started out at nothing) but knowing that a person can make a few hundred dollars a month from videos they made a year ago is inspiring :)
