    Good video explaining the hitting zone. We have to move body and arm to make hitting zone on target.

    Why wouldn't you hit farther away from you body on FH back from the table? You would get a whole lot more power due to a wider swing arc.

      Yes, we briefly mentioned this, when you are playing a bigger swing you can move the hitting zone slightly further away from your body to allow for the bigger swing!
