Unfortunately, due to the high profile of world Leaders and the enemies they may have, it is not safe to put them in an unsafe area for a prolonged period of time at the hands of the unknown.
See how poor King Charles, in his deep grief while reaching out a hand to greet his well-wishers, was verbally attacked by a hater.
See how Queen Elizabeth, while in a formal horse procession/parade, was the target of a 22 yr old with a gun. He fired 5 or 6 shots which startled her mount & caused momentary chaos, despite the shots being blanks.
You just can't expose world leaders to potential danger.
Knowing how tightly regimented the Queen's own work schedule was and how attentive to the clock she was, I know she would not agree to being placed in a funeral line for grievers & would also not wish her contemporaries to that either. He schedule would not allow for it. Pres. Biden doesn't have the luxury of standing in line like the others.
Also, there is no comparison of David Beckham to President Biden or David Beckham to any other President or King.

The good thing was i must of walked past nearly every famous landmark in london THE QUEUE was well planned. My eyes would go to every single corner of that gorgeous structure with such an incredible more than 800 years history and display. This generation will never see this again. Absorb every inch of that place the Queen choose for this awesome and memorable display. After all you guys waited l12-16 long or more hours to get inside that majestic historical structure.

There will be people better informed than me, but I believe there are two regiments of Horse Guards, one called the Life Guards, with whitish plumes and red tunics, and the Blues and Royals, with red plumes and blue tunics. They are dressed for horse riding in knee-high boots, which is why they have such difficulty going down stairs!
The ones in the flat hats are the Yeomen of the Guard, and the ones with the feather in their caps are from the Queen's Bodyguard for Scotland, the Royal Company of Archers, and they carry bows.
The Foot Guards wear bearskin hats and have red tunics, and consist of the Grenadier Guards, the Welsh Guards, the Irish Guards, the Scots Guards, and the Coldstream Guards.
I may not have got all this quite right, so somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
Two very moving events have recently happened in this Lying-in-State. One was the Vigil of the Princes, where Queen Elizabeth's four children stood round the coffin; the second was
even more moving, the Vigil of the Grandchildren, when all eight grandchildren stood round the coffin.
