+ They have made a very healthy amount of progress in the reuseability of both the booster and the ship. They managed to perform a soft landing with both their vehicles, and I am about 90% sure they'll attempt a booster/starship catch by the 5th test.

Proof that stainless steel was the best choice for this rocket. A little heavy, but cheap, easy to weld and fabricate. Even though plasma inside and out heated the skin of the flap bright yellow, the ribs mostly held it all together. A piano hinge style join of the flap to the body meant if any part survived, it would be operable. The tile and heat shielding look solvable now. Every passenger and cargo plane accident is investigated, and a large portion of those investigations lead to changes is training, procedures, and/or airplane design (including recalls) to prevent that same type of accident from ever happening again. It's so optimized for safety already that it's difficult to make it any safer.
SpaceX does have some of the world's best engineers, sure. But part of the reason that they've been able to attract such amazing engineers is because the work feels important and meaningful to them. They're literally working to prevent human extinction. I completely understand the emotion and exuberance - particularly in view of the blood sweat and tears that have been shed by all the Space X personnel to make this possible, but I'm not keen on the continual hollering, whooping and cheering. As an unmanned test I can see why they channel it into the live feed, but in particular, Artemis 3, during those tense moments as the HLS makes its first powered descent to the moon one would hope that they would exercise some decorum. When this arrives I will find it utterly terrifying.
