Tommy on the other hand can literally play in any style either his interpretation calls for or the positions of the sequence of notes calls for. Further he knows in his FINGERS where every note on the fingerboard is so Tommy is playing without a capo in the key of E positions which is the key of the song and if you watch closely you’ll see that his style is whatever it needs to be. He is the most gifted guitarist ever. He can arrange a song playing it for the first time because there are no patterns and progressions and styles that are not only not unknown to him but with which are just boiler plate to him. Still she is such a gifted cross picker bluegrass player that she bonds up and they alternate breaks and rhythm like gods. She’s also a great singer. For me these two and thus song make this the best collaboration I have ever heard in my life. And I’ve been listening to this stuff and trying to play fir 60 years.

OK, I'm now convinced that TE has clones! I can't think of anyone else who does so many concerts, collaborates and records with a host of extremely high quality performers. I know Chet was instrumental on a corporate level to bringing so many big names to our attention but TE does it one concert at a time -- how he finds time to do all this has made me convinced there's more than one of him. Now when I hear of a guitarist I usually check and see if they've worked with TE - he's the ultimate filter for new talent -- if he plays with them I want to hear them. Molly Tuttle is fantastic - hopefully we'll see more of her in the future. I'll certainly be watching RUclips for her! Thanks again TE -- you're the King and deservedly so!

I've never paid much attention to this kind of music until I stumbled upon Molly Tuttle. Amazing musician and amazing player. She's much more precise than he is. He's kinda old school I guess which can be a bit sloppy. She seems more in tune with modern technique and her right hand.
