Like one of your movies "Straight From The Heart", many things I noticed in the movie, you were much younger,also in some scenes, knew it wasn't you..., but you looked tired...but loved the movie....am very fond of horses .That ended when I got divorced at 28... New life new everything...Went to Singapore in 70's, Saigon, a few other places, loved most of it. Like you say, look around, you will find something different. I listen to your interviews and don't actually know why I became so interested in your story... Am now reading Journey Home, think I have another one you wrote, hope you keep writing, am at an age now when I have time to watch movies , and I love to read. thanks
well Estevez also made the mistake and "Do you know who I am?"-ing his way into a movie theater along with the drinks. Two of the cheapest things you can pay for yourself but was definitely in "show off my power" mode.
He wound up getting humbled eventually. That mega star power they had in those early days didn’t last for most of them. The exceptions were Tom Cruise and Demi Moore who emerged from the Brat Pack scene to become A-Listers in their own right. Estevez never did.

I had such a crush on him in the mid 80s! St Elmo's Fire is still one of all time favourite movies. They don't make them like that anymore!
